Course Description: This course focuses on developing knowledge and skill in intrapersonal, interpersonal, group, and organizational level processes in work settings.
These shall be discussed in the context of realities in the Philippine civil service and society.

Learning Outcomes: To introduce students to theories, concepts, major literature and research on human Behavior in organizations (HBO); and to prepare students
with a way of thinking that increases their ability to understand and implement decisions about people in today’s organizational context.
