Goals & Objectives of the training program:

1. To fully master and comprehend Data Science and Machine Learning Engineering concepts. By
the end of the session, you will understand the full Data Science or Machine Learning Life cycle
and can explain any of the concepts.
2. To build a portfolio of real-world projects to gain industry experience. There are two categories
or levels of projects - First Level Projects & Second Level Projects.
o First Level Projects (Level 1): These are projects that are intended to help you fully master
Machine Learning and data science concepts and life cycle from a practical point of view.
A project is considered done when you have fully demonstrated the machine learning
cycle up to model evaluation and model selection.
o Second Level Projects (Level 2): Industry Specific related to your Primary Industry and
includes creation of a real-world solution that gets to deployment or become embedded
into other systems. This involves working in a team set-up where you might be
collaborating with other people like Software Engineers or Data Engineers who brings
additional skills needed to have a working solution. A project is considered done when it
been deployed or embedded into other systems. In addition, the project has to solve a
real-world problem that exists whether at corporate level or in the nation or in the general
world. We also help you with implementing projects related to your employer so that you
can add value because of the training you would have received.
3. Understand and fully utilize the use of at least one Cloud based Machine Learning / Data Science
Platform e.g., Azure Machine Learning Service platform, Google Vertex AI platform and Amazon
Sage-Maker platform and the use of pre-trained machine learning services that exists on the
cloud.
4. To get ready to take one cloud-based Data Science or Machine Learning related certification.
Trainees can choose from but not limited from the following options:
o Azure Certified Data Scientist
o AWS Machine Learning Specialty
o Google Certified Professional Machine Learning Engineer
o Others (Your own targeted certifications)
o Note: A fee might be required by the exam providers for these certifications which might

Learning Approach:

 Bezal Technologies make use of a blended learning approach which combines various learning
methods which includes but not limited to:
o Live Sessions for individuals or groups which range from 1 to up to a maximum of 10
people which make use of platforms like teams and skype. Projects discussions and
feedback on projects involves one-on-one live sessions as we discuss and give feedback
on projects. This will be an ongoing process.
o Physical Sessions where we meet and discuss. This approach is usually used when
introducing new concepts that are considered challenging to students and when working
with cloud-based machine learning platforms. These sessions can also be done through
live sessions (first option). For corporate trainings, we also do on-site trainings.
o Self-Paced Learning where the individuals learn on their own pace through our online
learning platform which host video courses and content. However, the projects that the
person will be doing will involve having one-on-one live sessions as we give feedback and
do discussions on the projects.
 We offer a flexible learning approach where the individual will participate in customizing the
learning process according to what suits them and according to their various circumstances.
 During the first session, in addition to discussing about the overview of the field and your career
goals, we also discuss on your preferred learning method.
 For maximum effectiveness, we put people in groups that range from 3 person up to a maximum
of ten people.

The Onboarding Process

and discuss all the tools we will be using.

Certifications. However, most students usually take the Certifications from Azure as their
first choice.

 Next Steps
o After the first session, the individual is added to a very small group and then the training
process begins
