Appy Pie Creator Software User stories

Product Vision:

To provide an app hassle free with easy to use.

Product Mission:

Our goal is to improve our creator software so that users can access the features hassle free and
improve user experience.

User Stories and Acceptance Criteria

First Flow story:

How to add any feature to your app.

User story 1:

As a user, I want to sign-up and add a feature to my app.

Acceptance Criteria:

On click of create your app, the user will land on the app making process.

Enter business name

Choose category and pick a color scheme

Click on save and continue (choose device)

Click on signup

Enter verification code you have received on your mail

You will land up in design and customisation and hence you can change the design accordingly
Click on save and test your app

After installing the app click on continue

You will be redirected to MY APP AREA.

Click on edit your app.

You will be redirected to the payment screen, select the plan and move ahead.

You will land up to CREATOR SOFTWARE from where you can edit and manage your features.

User story 2:

As a user, I want to add new feature to my app - BASIC FEATURE (THERE WILL BE TWO CASES ONE IS
MANAGED FROM BOTH CREATOR AS WELL AS BACKEND AND OTHER NOT)

Acceptance Criteria:

Given I'm on Creator software

By default, 5 features will be added - About us, contact us, one touch , website and inquire.

NOTE: Some of the exceptions are APPSHEET AND VIDEO CONFERENCE-As when coming from wordpress
site and making an app for sheet then only appsheet feature will be added and same with video
conference.

Click on Add feature icon given in side panel

Here all the features will be opened with categories.

Click on a particular feature to add the feature you desire too and click on the add feature button to add
the feature to your app.

There will be two scenarios in case you add basic features.

Scenario 1: Select one feature(the feature which is just managed on the creator eg. about us) and click
on the Add to feature button.

That particular feature will be added in your app and will be seen on creator in the listing form.

Scenario 2: Select the feature(the feature which is just managed on the creator and backend both
eg.Form builder) will be added in the side panel with the orange color and in the list view as well.
User story 3:

As a user, now I want to edit the feature I have added.(BASIC FEATURES)

Acceptance Criteria:

Given I'm on Creator software

There will be two scenarios in case any edit basic features.

Scenario 1: Feature which is just managed on the creator eg. About us

Feature is added in the list view and you need to click on the feature or edit icon to edit the feature.

Once you hover on the feature you can see the icons of edit, hide/unhide feature, delete feature and
three dot.

Under three dots : Move up, Move down and add to folder option will be present.

On click of it you can enter into the feature and you can edit it accordingly.

Once you click you can edit the content(ADD LISTING AND SO ON), design, IAP, SEO and look over the
help section and rest all actions will be performed through setting icon(hide page, Enable login, Copy
Deep link URL , View page history and delete page).

Note: Feature will not be added in any side panel. It will be added in only list view.

Scenario 2: Feature which is managed on the creator and my app area both eg. Video conferencing.

There will be two ways that the Feature will be added One is : List view and other is side panel.

Scene 2.1: Managing feature from list view.

Feature is added in the list view and you need to click on the feature or edit icon to edit the feature.

Once you hover on the feature you can see the icons of edit, hide/unhide feature, delete feature and
three dot.

Under three dots : Move up, Move down and add to folder option will be present.

On click of it, the feature can be managed accordingly

Under this you can edit the content(ADD LISTING AND SO ON), design, IAP, SEO and look over the help
section and rest all actions will be performed through setting icon(hide page, Enable login, Copy Deep
link URL , View page history and delete page).

Scene 2.2: Managing feature from side panel

Once the feature is added into a side panel.


Two options will be there one is EDIT FEATURE and other is MANAGE FEATURE.

On click of Edit Feature - You can edit the content, design, IAP, SEO and look over the help section and
rest all actions will be performed through setting icon(hide page, Enable login, Copy Deep link URL , View
page history and delete page).

On click of Manage features : All the settings will be managed Example All the list views, general settings,
language settings , payment settings.

User story 4:

As a user, I want to add multiple form builder pages into one app (Exception case).

Acceptance Criteria:

Given I'm on Creator software.

And added multiple form builder pages.

For each form builder page, different form builders will be added in the side panel.

For Eg: 5 form builder has been added into an app then 5 form builder icons will be added from the side
panel and managed accordingly.

Once you click on any form builder you will get four options to view Appointment form, inquire form ,
custom form and nested form and if you click on any of it you will get edit and manage feature and
hence on click on edit, same portal will be seen for all forms whereas in case of manage feature for each
form settings will be different.

User story 5:

As a user, I want to save my data.(BASIC FEATURE)

Acceptance Criteria:
I am on creator software.

There is a button “save” on header

To save your changes:

Click Save at the top right of the Editor.

Please note : Your data will be automatically getting saved and you can see the last save time as well on
the save button.

Important:

Saving your changes does not make the changes public. You can save your changes at any time.

As soon as the user will enter the data it will automatically be saved and will be reflected in the header
as saved and last saved time will be visible and even feature wise you can see the last edited time as well
on the creator in front of every feature in the listing view.

Even after the user is not confirmed, User can click on save if wants to.But it won’t be reflected in the
mobile until the user clicks on PUBLISH.

Note: If you make changes in the Editor and decide that you do not want to save them, you can exit the
Editor without saving by closing the browser window or navigating away from the Editor. Your browser
will display a pop-up message warning you that unsaved changes will be lost. Click Leave Page to
confirm.

User story 6:

As a user , I want to see the changes I have done in my app.

Acceptance Criteria:

I am on creator software.

There is a button “PUBLISH” on the header.

To Publish your changes:

Click Publish at the top right of the Editor.

Important Information About Publishing Your Changes:


As soon as the user enters the data it will automatically be saved.But it won’t be reflected in the mobile
until the user clicks on the PUBLISH button .Once the user clicks on publish all the changes will be
reflected on the mobile end.

Saving changes does not make them appear live. After saving, make sure to publish if you're ready for
the changes to go live.

You can edit or change your site at any time, even after it's published.

Note : This will happen in all the cases like changes of content, design, iap, seo, hide page, Enable login,
Copy Deep link URL and delete page.

User story 7:

As a user, I want to add new feature to my app - PREMIUM FEATURE

Acceptance Criteria:

Given I'm on Creator software

Click on the Add feature icon given inside the panel to add any features.

Here all the features will be opened with categories.

There will be two cases :

Case 1: Feature will be added in listing view.

That particular feature will be added in your app and will be seen on creator in the listing form.

Case 2: Feature will be added in side panel

That particular feature will be added in your app and will be seen on creator in the listing form and side
panel too.

User story 8:

As soon as a user adds any product, the user needs to click on the save button on the page to save the
data.(Not the creator software save).

Scene 2.2: Managing feature from side panel

Once the feature is added into a side panel.

That particular feature will be added in your app and will be seen on creator in the listing form and side
panel too.

User story 8:

done then it requires save and publish action to see the reflection on mobile.

User story 10:

User story 11:

As a user, I want to add Multiple Premium pages in single app For eg. Directory .

Acceptance Criteria:

Given I'm on Creator software

Added 5 Directory in one app

There are two ways to use a directory from the creator.

Scenario 1: Feature will be added in listing view

Suppose 5 directories have been added in one app. Then 5 times it will be visible in listing view Eg.
Directory 1, Directory 2, Directory 3, Directory 4, Directory 5.

And on click of any directory it can be managed accordingly.

Under this you can edit individual directory with the content(ADD LISTING AND SO ON), design, IAP, SEO
and look over the help section and rest all actions will be performed through setting icon(hide page,
Enable login, Copy Deep link URL , View page history and delete page).

Scenario 2: Feature will be added in the Side panel.

Suppose 5 directory has been added in one app.Then only 1 Directory will be added in side panel.And on
click of that directory,

Two options will be there one is EDIT FEATURE and other is MANAGE FEATURE

On click of Edit Feature - You can edit the content, design, IAP, SEO and look over the help section and
rest all actions will be performed through setting icon(hide page, Enable login, Copy Deep link URL , View
page history and delete page).
IMPORTANT NOTE: ONCE YOU CLICK ON THE PAGE FROM SIDE PANEL , THERE WILL BE A DROPDOWN
TO CHOOSE WHICH DIRECTORY YOU WANT TO ACCESS AND ACCORDINGLY YOU CAN EDIT ANY
DIRECTORY OUT OF 5.

On click of Manage features : All the settings will be managed EG. All the list views, general settings,
language settings , payment settings.

User story 12:

As a user I want to move features up and down.

Acceptance Criteria:

As a logged-in user, I'm on the Creator software

User needs to click three dots given in front of the feature in the listing view.

On click of the three dot icon, move up move down will be there and the user can choose accordingly.

User story 13:

As a user, I want to move features to the top or else to the bottom.

Acceptance Criteria:

As a logged-in user, I'm on the Creator software

User needs to click three dots given in front of the feature in the listing view.

Note: If features are more than 5 then we will show move to top and move to bottom.

On click of the three dot icon, move to top and move to down will be there and the user can choose
accordingly.
User story 14:

As a user, I want to delete the feature.

Acceptance Criteria:

As a logged-in user, I'm on the Creator software.

When the user hover on any feature on the creator in the listing view delete icon will be there.

Click on delete

Provide confirmation of delete and feature will be deleted.

User story 15:

As a logged-in user, I want to hide the particular page from my app.

Acceptance Criteria:

As a logged-in user, I'm on the Creator software.

When the user hover on any feature on the creator in the listing view Hide icon will be there.

Click on Hide.

Therefore, it will be hidden.

Vice-versa for Show

User story 16:


As a logged-in user, I want to see my profile from creator software.

Acceptance Criteria:

As a logged-in user, I'm on the Creator software

Users need to click on the Setting icon given at the bottom of creator software.

On click of the settings icon : User can see my profile.

Click on Profile and you can see your profile.

User story 17:

As a logged-in user, I want to see my PIN.

Acceptance Criteria:

As a logged-in user, I'm on the Creator software

Users need to click on the Setting icon given at the bottom of creator software.

On click of setting icon : User can see the PIN

Click on PIN to view it.

User story 18:

As a logged-in user, I want to contact customer service.

Acceptance Criteria:

As a logged-in user, I'm on the Creator software

Users need to click on the Setting icon given at the bottom of creator software.
On click of the settings icon : Users can see the contact customer service.

Click on it.

User story 19:

As a logged-in user, I want to go to the Help section from creator software.

Acceptance Criteria:

As a logged-in user, I'm on the Creator software

Users need to click on the Setting icon given at the bottom of creator software.

On click of the settings icon : User can see Help section.

Click on it to view.

User story 20:

As a logged-in user, I want to see terms and conditions and privacy policy for my app.

Acceptance Criteria:

As a logged-in user, I'm on the Creator software

Users need to click on the Setting icon given at the bottom of creator software.

On click of the settings icon : User can see terms and condition and privacy policy.

Click on it to view.
User story 21:

As a logged-in user, I want to sign out from creator software.

Acceptance Criteria:

As a logged-in user, I'm on the Creator software

User needs to click on the Setting icon given at the bottom of the creator software.

On click of the settings icon, the sign out option will be there and users can sign out from there.

User story 22:

As a logged-in user, I want to report a problem.

Acceptance Criteria:

As a logged-in user, I'm on the Creator software

User needs to click on the Mobile icon on the header .

You can see a report problem text.

Click on it to report any problem. Enter the subject, problem and you can upload a screenshot as well.

User story 23:

As a logged-in user, I want to see how my app looks on an iphone and ipad simulator.

Acceptance Criteria:

As a logged-in user, I'm on the Creator software

User needs to click on the Mobile icon on the header.

You can see the iphone tab.Click on iphone to view it on iphone.

Click on the ipad to view it on the ipad.


For tvos and iwatch these work only in audio and video pages.

User story 24:

As a logged-in user, I want to see how my app looks on android phones and tablets.

Acceptance Criteria:

As a logged-in user, I'm on the Creator software

User needs to click on the Mobile icon on the header.

You can see the Android tab.

Click on smartphone to view it on android

Click on the tablet to view it on the tablet.

User story 25:

As a logged-in user, I want to search for a feature to add.

Acceptance Criteria:

As a logged-in user, I'm on the Creator software

Click on Add feature icon given in side panel

Here all the features will be opened with categories.

Click on search to add a particular feature and click on the add feature button to add the feature to your
app.

User story 26:

As a logged-in user, I want to edit the content of basic features.

Acceptance Criteria:

As a logged-in user, I'm on the Creator software

Click on the feature given in the listing view.


Therefore that particular feature will be opened with all its content

Click on search to add a particular feature and click on the add feature button to add the feature to your
app.
