Introduction

Welcome to our e-commerce platform! We offer a wide range of products and feature a user-
friendly search engine. Unique to our platform is real-time emotion detection for personalized
shopping recommendations. Our advanced admin system ensures efficient order management
and customer support. Enjoy exclusive deals and a seamless shopping experience with us!

Motivation
E-commerce is booming, demanding enhanced user experiences to stay competitive. Today's
consumers want personalized shopping tailored to their preferences. Advanced technologies
like real-time text emotion detection and efficient admin systems present exciting
opportunities to boost engagement. Streamlining order processes not only reduces errors and
delays but also enhances customer satisfaction. Lastly, providing effective customer support
is crucial for building trust and fostering long-term relationships with customers.

Objectives
First, we evaluate the existing user experience on traditional e-commerce platforms to
identify areas for improvement. Then, we integrate advanced technologies like real-time text
emotion detection and sophisticated admin systems to enhance functionality and
responsiveness. Lastly, we optimize order management processes and enhance customer
support to improve overall efficiency and satisfaction.

Features
In the Admin Panel, we have User Role Management to control user permissions, Real-time
Emotion Detection to analyze customer feedback, and Product & Order Management to edit
products and track orders. Additionally, we have Category & Offer Control to manage
product categories and promotions.

On the frontend, we offer Product Display to showcase products with details, Search & Filter
to find and sort products easily, and User Registration for new users to sign up. Plus, we have
a Shopping Cart to review and manage selected items and Live Chat Support for instant
customer assistance.
Dataset Description
Here two databases are used and two databases are taken from Kegel and the data given in
the name of product data we are using as the product photo of the website and we are using
the emotion detection data for text emotion detection.

The options given in admin right side and left side of the admin interface of Sketch Diagram
mean that we can access these options and work on them.

Here also same admin interface as given here about customer interface. And here the options
given on the left and right side show what options the user has access to and can create and
edit on them.

Here is the data floor diagram about the user site. Here it is explained what options we can
use by following what steps. For example, by registering or logging in, we can buy products
and manage profiles. And add can use cart but if we don't login or register then we can only
search product

if not login then we never get access to admin options
