Logging In
Sending a V-Brochure to your Customers
Placing an order (what your customers
experience)
Accepting or Rejecting the order
1. Go to your web browser
2. Type in www.avon.co.za and press enter
3. You will then be taken to the Avon website that should look something like this:
9. Click on “OK”
4. You will then see your Pending Orders - Here you can :
View the order by clicking on the order number – (see special notices regarding the
order highlighted for you e.g.)
You will need to change the order depending on what the message advises you e.g. put
in the correct product number prior to accepting the order.
Accept the order by clicking in the Accept Order circle
Or REJECT the order by clicking on “REJECT” (if you suspect fraudulent activity, or if the
order falls outside of your area. Call Centre will then receive the details of this order)
1. Do not forget to click on “Update Order” once you have decided to either Accept or Reject
the order. This will now be added to your order and will be submitted with your order.
2. Once you have accepted or rejected the Order – click on the “Continue” button.
3. Follow the process for placing and submitting your order once you have checked all your
pending orders and have placed your own personal order.
IMPORTANT: PENDING ORDERS NOT ATTENDED TO WILL BE REALLOCATED
AFTER 48 HOURS.
Your customer will receive an email once you have accepted their
order.
Rejecting the Order:
1. After selecting REJECT – you will be given the option of selecting a reason for deletion of
the order
2. Select the appropriate option.
3. Click on “continue”
4. You will then get a pop up that will as you if you are sure you want to reject the order –
select “OK” (Or cancel if need be)
Your customer will then receive an email advising them that their order has been referred
to the Call Centre.
What your Customer sees and experiences
1. Your customer will receive an email
2. When she/he opens up the email this is what will display :
4. Or you can select what pages you would like to see at the top bar by clicking on the
numbers
5. Click on the item (or on page) you want to order
10.After browsing the brochure and choosing your products you can view what you have
selected- click on “View Shopping Bag”
1. A pop up page will come up where you can see the items you have ordered, and edit if
you need to
2. If happy with your order – check to accept the terms and conditions
3. Click on “Send Shopping Bag”
4. Click on “Yes”
Finally!
1. Verify your email address
2. Check and accept terms and conditions
3. Click “Go”
4. Click “OK”
Confirmation Email
Your customer will then receive an email from you advising her that her order
has been submitted.
Once you (as her representative) have checked and accepted/rejected her order
she will then receive an email advising her that her shopping bag has been
accepted (or if it has been rejected)

Click on “opportunities” if you would like to join as a Representative or if you would like to
