    Do note that this one-time Project Contract DOES have an option for extension upon review
    of finished work.

    REMOTE EMPLOYEE CONTRACT


    Th is Employee Contract (this "Agreement") is made as of this 05 July 2024, (the "Effective Date") by and
    between Mosaic Digital Books and ____________________________________________ located at
    __________ , __________, ____________________ _ . Mosaic Digital Books and New Remote
    Employee may each be referred to in this Agreement as a "Party" and c ollectively as the
    "Parties."
    • Services. Remote Employee shall provide the following services to Mosaic Digital
    Books (the "Services"):

    In addition, Remote Employee shall perform such other duties and tasks. or changes to the
    Services, as may be agreed upon by the Parties.

    • Compensation. In consideration for Remote Employee performance of the Services,


    Thosaic Digital Books shall pay Remote Employee: Thosaic Digital Books shall pay $1,800.00 into
    the Remote Employee's Dashboard.
    Remote Employee will be paid:
    After Remote Employee sends Thosaic Digital Books the finished work on the company's
    Domain address. he finished work would be reviewed by the Company's Thanagement,
    Remote Employee will have be paid by the company to their individual Local Bank
    accounts or USDT/BTC/ETH Wallet.

    Thilestones are not available for translation jobs as the company can't run the risk of any
    employee abandoning a project half- way after receiving payments for milestones covered.
    Hence payments are made to all employees of Thosaic Digital Books after they have done the
    job.
    • Expenses: Thosaic Digital Books shall reimburse Remote Employee for expenses. Except as
    otherwise specified in this Agreement, Thosaic Digital Books shall reimburse Independent
    Contractor for all, reasonable and necessary costs and expenses incurred in connection with
    the performance of the Services.
    •Term and Termination. The Remote Employees engagement with Mosaic Digital
    Books under this Agreement shall commence on 05 July 2024. The Parties
    agree and acknowledge that this Agreement and Remote employees engagement
    with Mosaic Digital Books under this Agreement shall terminate:
