There will be nine (9) categories which contains specific questions that gauge the level of morale of
employees and how they feel about the organizations they belong.
Employees may answer the question using the likert scale:
5= Strongly Agree
4= Agree
3= Neither Agree or Disagree
2= Disagree
1= Strongly Disagree
