1. 123 Primary school resumed for the third team session on Monday 8th April, 2017. The turnout of teachers and pupils was
poor. Only 80 of 250 pupils attended school on the day while only 4 of 12 teachers attended.
2. Malam Shehu Gada, one of Agaie LGEA quality assurance officers reported the state of record keeping and the good practices
he observed in ABC Primary School to the Education Secretary. On the 1 st of June 2017, the ES paid a visit to the school to
encourage and support the staff to do more. She (the ES) cross-checked admission and class attendance registers and
teachers record of work as well as continuous assessment records and transfer certificates. She commended the HT and
other staff for the good work they are doing and said that she has confirmed their records to be complete and accurate as
reported. She also promised to provide all the support they need to continue their excellent work.
1. On the 21st September 2016, Malam Muhd Bauchi brought his son Nasiru (Male) to 123 Primary school to be enrolled in
primary 1. Malam Muhd lives in house no 4, Unguwar Borno, Chanchaga LGA. In an attempt to obtain information on the
date of birth of Nasiru; the Head-Teacher found out from Malam Muhd that Nasiru was born a day after the late President
Yar’adua was sworn in as the new President of Nigeria. The last pupil to be admitted before Nasiru this term has an
admission number of BA/003/16/5453.
2. On 21st March, 2016 Shehu Yahaya Bello of No. 123 Police Compound transferred his child, Fatima Shehu (Female, born on 7 th July
2007) to 123 Primary School. Fatima was first enrolled in Sunshine Model Primary School on 3 rd September, 2012 and she has
already completed Primary 3 before the transfer. Her admission number from Sunshine Model Primary School is BA/062/12/0983.

Yakila Primary School in Niger State has 5 classes with 2 arms each. At the end of each academic term, a continuous assessment
report is being prepared for each child. In 2015/2016 academic session, 10 pupils in primary 3 sat for end of the term examination
and scored different marks from their 1st CA, 2nd CA and final exams. In English, the 10 pupils obtained the following scores in the 1 st
CA: 10, 11, 17, 10, 10, 14, 14, 13, 15, 10 respectively. The CA is over 20. For examination, the same set of pupils scored 45, 42, 38, 56,
60, 62, 45, 56, 65, 60 respectively out of 70 marks. For 2 nd CA the 10 pupils scored 8, 10, 7, 7, 8, 9, 5, 7, 8, 8 respectively out of 10
marks. In Mathematics, the same pupils scored 12, 14, 11, 13, 15, 11, 11, 10, 12, 16 and 8, 7, 6, 8, 9, 8, 9, 10, 10, 6 for 1 st and 2nd CA
respectively. The exams score for mathematics were 34, 38, 45, 45, 39, 56, 56, 65, 65, 49 respectively.
