Beginning of his professionalism

Naveen Mishra began his professional journey in the
automotive industry after completing his degree in Mechanical
Engineering from VIT. This early phase of his career was
marked by a rapid ascent through the ranks, thanks to his
innovative ideas and dedication. These formative years
provided Naveen with the crucial skills and insights that would
later serve as the foundation for establishing Mishra Motors in
2014.
Falling Deep
The road to success was not without its challenges. In the early
years of Mishra Motors, Naveen faced significant setbacks.
One of the major hurdles was securing funding for the venture.
Initial attempts to attract investors were met with skepticism,
as the automotive market was highly competitive and
dominated by established players. Despite numerous rejections
and financial struggles, Naveen's unwavering belief in his
vision kept him going.
During this period, Mishra Motors encountered production
issues that led to delays and increased costs. The stress of
managing a fledgling company with limited resources took a
toll on Naveen. There were moments when the dream seemed
almost unattainable, and the prospect of failure loomed large.
In addition to professional challenges, Naveen also faced
personal hardships. Balancing the demands of a startup with
family responsibilities strained his relationships and tested his
resilience.

Realising the truth

In the midst of these trials, Naveen Mishra experienced a

pivotal moment of realization. He understood that the key to
overcoming his challenges lay in embracing adaptability and
continuous learning. He recognized that failure was not a dead-
end but a stepping stone to innovation and improvement. This
epiphany shifted his approach, leading him to foster a culture
of resilience and creativity within Mishra Motors. By focusing
on collaboration, leveraging feedback, and maintaining a
customer-centric approach, Naveen turned setbacks into
opportunities, ultimately steering Mishra Motors toward
success and establishing himself as a forward-thinking leader
