I wish to inform you that the results of Board Diploma
Supplementary Examinations for C16S(3½ Years) rationalized to C18,
C18-I, II, III, IV, V & VI Semesters, C21-I, II, III, IV, V & VI Semesters, ER91-I
& II Years and ER2020-I & II Years, JUNE 2024 have already been
declared. In this connection, the Principals of the Polytechnics cited at
address entry are hereby informed to communicate the results and RV &
CA Notification schedule to the candidates so that the desired candidates
can apply for Revaluation (RV) and Copy of answer script (CA) online at
sbtet.telangana.gov.in portal as per the following schedule by paying
prescribed fee through payment gateway only (i.e. Debit Card/Credit Card/
Net Banking).

Important Instructions to Students:
a) Diploma Supplementary Examinations, JUNE 2024 for C16S
scheme have been conducted with C18 Scheme Question Paper
for 40 Marks by rationalizing C16S scheme subjects to C18
Scheme subjects. Therefore, in respect C16S scheme, the end
marks secured by the candidate for 40 marks have been scaled
up to 80 (or) 100 for subjects whose maximum marks are 80
(or) 100 whereas for old scheme subjects whose maximum
marks are 40 and also in case of C18, C21, ER91 & ER2020,
there is no scaling of marks.
b) Application in the form of hard copy by post or in person will not be
accepted.
c) Students must pay the fee through online only.
d) Students can download the Copy of the answer scripts online
immediately after payment.

e) Enter the correct e-mail address and Mobile number while filling the
application online as the Revaluation marks status will be informed to
the candidates through the registered e-mail address (or) mobile
number via SMS only.
f) No hard copies will be provided to the candidates by post or in person.
g) Revaluation results are processed with the following criteria
i) If the difference between Old & RV1 marks is >±12% of Maximum

Marks, then the script is referred to 2 nd Revaluation (RV2), otherwise
NO CHANGE is declared.
ii) If the difference between Old & RV1 marks as well the difference
between Old & RV2 marks are >-12% of Maximum Marks, then NO
CHANGE is declared.
iii) If the difference between Old & RV1 marks as well the difference
between Old & RV2 marks are >12% of Maximum Marks,
(Or)
If the difference between Old & RV1 marks is >12% of Maximum
Marks and the difference between Old & RV2 marks is >-12% of
Maximum Marks,
(Or)
If the difference between Old & RV1 marks is >-12% of Maximum
Marks and the difference between Old & RV2 marks is >12% of
Maximum Marks.
Then the average of RV1 Marks & RV2 Marks is considered for
result processing and CHANGE is declared with Revised Marks in
respect of MID SEM Examinations, whereas, if the Candidate gets
Passed with revised Marks, then CHANGE is declared with Revised
Marks or else if the Candidate gets failed with revised Marks, then NO
CHANGE is declared in respect of END SEM Examinations.
h) Refund of Revaluation Amount along with refund of Copy of answer

script (if applied for the same subject), will be issued to the
students IF AND ONLY if the Marks gets revised as per the criteria
detailed in para (f).
i) If the candidate applied Revaluation (or) Copy of answer script by
paying amount through e-seva (or) Mee-Seva (or) through 3 rd party
agent and if marks/result status gets changed, then the amount will be
refunded back to the e-seva (or) Mee-Seva (or) through 3 rd party agent
only and in such case, SBTET is not responsible for disbursement of
amount to the candidate from the e-seva (or) Mee-Seva (or) through
3rd party agent, therefore, the students are advised to apply
Revaluation (or) Copy of answer script by paying amount through
his/her own bank account.
j) Further the students are advised not to apply Revaluation (or) Copy of
answer script through Mobile Phone, instead, it is suggested to use the
Desktop Computer to avoid the failure of transaction.

k) If the transaction gets failed, candidates are advised to wait for a
minimum period of 2 hours before proceeding to the next transaction
l) SBTET WILL REFUND THE RE-VALUATION FEE AMOUNT TO THE
STUDENTS WHOSE MARKS ARE CHANGED AFTER RE-
VALUATION, TO THE ACCOUNT/ CARD FROM WHICH THE
AMOUNT WAS PAID TO SBTET ONLINE WITHIN TWO MONTHS
FROM THE DATE OF RELEASE OF RV RESULTS.
The Principals of Govt./Private Polytechnics are hereby informed
to circulate the RV & CA notification to the students and place the same
on the notice board of the institution.
