Executive Summary
The report is based on six companies of the Engineering industry of Bangladesh: Aftab Automobiles Limited, Anwar Galvanizing Limited, Singer Bangladesh Limited, Atlas Bangladesh Limited, Bangladesh Thai Aluminum Limited, and Aziz Pipes Limited. Our purpose was to find the real life implications of the study materials. This report is divided into two parts.

Firstly, we focused on the individual trend of the companies in terms of their dividend policy and capital structure issues for the last 5 years, starting with the year 2005. Here, we showed whether the companies are following in particular trend or not. In this part, all the six companies are evaluated separately on the basis of various financial indicators i.e. EPS, DPS, Pay-Out Ratio, Market Share Price, etc.

Secondly, we provided the Industrial Analysis. Here we have compared together all the information acquired from the six companies. Our focus and medium of comparison was on

DPS, Pay-Out Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio, and Market Share Price, based on these comparisons we tried to find out the industrial trend of the Engineering Industry of Bangladesh.
