1. KPI’s – Total customers, Total Profit, Total Sales, Quantity Sold
2. Display the percentage of sales on each segment. 3. Display the top 10 products based on sales and those respective profit percentage. 4. Display the top 10 customers by Profit 5. Display the bottom 10 customers by profit 6. Display top 10 & bottom 10 customers by sales in a single visual. 7. Display MOM trends and display the percentage of hike/decline comparing to previous month 8. Display sales and profit of all subcategories in a single visual and understand what are some of the subcategories that are going under loss. 9. Analyze the State wise sales and understand what are the 5 states that are highest in terms of profit 10. Analyse the sales on sub-categories for all the months by using only the color schemes. Using interactive filters, understand which subcategory has least sales across all years. 11. Display the profit flow using waterfall chart.
Read the questions carefully and understand what visual/chart is suitable
and pick them accordingly. While creating visuals make sure you create necessary hierarchy, sets, calculated fields, parameters and actions wherever it applies. While creating a dashboard, it’s not necessary to put all the visuals into one dashboard. Just use the visuals that you think are the right ones to tell a story about the data. Dashboard is also not restricted to only one; you can create any number of dashboards. Create a story point of your choice – could be just sheets or mix of dashboards & sheets Year and segment filter should be applied to the entire dashboard.
