1. Arrived the site and did the on site access and induction for the site.
2.Onsite to troubleshoot and replace the parts.
3. Replaced the SFP in the switch. Port didn't come online
4. Assist Chandra remotely troubleshoot the issue
5.Left the site with the faulty part,which seems not faulty,because after we replaced the item,still
the port didn't come Online.
