The Tesla Code Mastermind

Week 2
Adeline

My name is Adeline and I'm 34 this year. Sometimes I'm not able to retain the names of the people I
meet, and there were also incidents of people I remember well, just not their names. I consulted a
professional about it, but nothing conclusive was diagnosed. I read in your Tesla Code about this
chapter on photographic memory. How can I fully use it to enhance my memory ability?

Hey Adeline,

You are not alone, a lot of people experience the same thing. And yes, it can be annoying for some.

Psycho-photographic mem ory is one way we can get rid of the annoying fog from our minds.

All of us experience it at one point or another.

Whenever your mind perceives anything, it goes on to register it in your conscious mind.

If it was not that way you would not be really seeing anything.

With Psycho-photographic memory you are able to tap into a whole new dimension of the way your
mind thinks, this is something that was not present before.

Here is a technique that you can make use of. You must start with pictures and objects before you can
move on to words and names of people.

The technique is not simply meant to help you be able to remember the names of people, it helps you
help your memory function better.

It has seven steps.

You can find it in my book Miracle Brain System.

The steps start with you finding a space where you can sit down and relax.

Then you need to stare at a picture on the wall.

Don’t take too long, simply turn around and remind yourself everything about this picture.

Also it helps if you train your mind to express your thoughts into accurate words and sentences. Use a
thesaurus if you need to.

Different synonyms and descriptive words that you may not use so often in your language help with
retaining memory.

This is one way thoughts stick out in your head, and it is difficult to shun them where you are unable to
retrieve such memories.
Another great way is by face identification.

Stare at a picture and then look away.

Now pretend like you have to describe this person to the authorities, like one would describe a suspect.

This is just practice to making your memory function solid.

Another exercise dictates that you don’t write down what you saw until the next day.

This way you can test how far you can stretch your memory.

Another exercise includes that if you went someplace for the first time, even if it is just the store, you
describe it thoroughly on paper.

Commercial artists, painters, and writers do this on a regular basis.

It is time you train your brain as well.

The last exercise requires that you estimate things from a single glance.

Like the number of people in a crowd for example.

You should count them and then go on to repeat this exercise till you reach the point where you are
astonishingly accurate.

So that these exercises do not feel like chores you can even turn them into games.

Make sure that you schedule the exercises right.

But do not overdo this.

It is equally important that you do not tax your brain or your eyes in the process.

Apart from this technique, there are two things that will boost this practice from Tesla Code.

The first is diet.

Do your homework, collate foods that are nutritious and are primarily good for your brain’s
nourishment.

We are talking fish, avocados, nuts, seeds, etc.

The next step from this is that you include these things in your daily meal.

But be sure to stick these in moderation without being too excessive about it.

Remember that this needs to be a long term lifestyle choice for you.

That way it is easier for you to tap into your cerebral power.
The second important aspect that you should be focusing on here is physical exercise.

Just like your diet, this is one practice that you will need to stick with.

Studies have shown that physical exercise is important when it comes to supporting the functions of
your brain.

First off, a daily workout routine benefits the mind by ridding it of all stress.

On top of this, exercise has proven in studies to influence parts of the brain that are related to memory
function and thinking.

The results of such studies show that there is a greater volume of medial and prefrontal cortex in people
who work out compared to those who do not.

So work out, don’t stress out too much, and stay healthy and happy.
Ginny

X, I hope you can help me with this. I was self-learning reiki from the internet to cure my own ailment
of backache, due to heavy office work. However it didn't seem to work. A friend suggested the Tesla
Code, because there is something about healing. So I bought your book, and there was a mention that
the everyday bad habits can cause these minor illnesses.

Hey Ginny,

Back ache or any sort of associated pain should not be too alarming as it occurs to everyone at some
point in their lives.

However this should not be reason enough to ignore these conditions.

I am guessing you probably feel stiffness or tension in the back.

This may also possibly radiate out from your lower back towards your buttocks.

Either it is that area or somewhere around the back of your thighs.

It is also possible that you are unable to stand upright properly.

This is also a result of the muscle discomfort or spasms in your back.

Reiki is truly an effective method to ward off the problems in particular that you are facing.

A lot of people have benefitted from it.

In fact I take it back, everyone who tries it benefits from it in some way.

Here is the thing; maybe self learning to treat your own back may not be the best idea here. If you have
been working on it and its not showing results, maybe you need help with the particular practice.

Isn’t there a teacher or a mentor or someone else who you can turn to for assistance, or professional
advice?

Let me tell you about a particular client of mine. Lena Y suffered years from incurable backaches.

It does not matter what she was doing, her duties as a housewife or having fun with friends.

None of them were merciful on her condition.

In the end it was spoiling everything for her.

I taught her to visualize.

All she had to do was think of her spine as a rubber staff every time her back bothered her.
This would you believe it, automatically forced her to stand or sit straighter.

Her shoulders would no longer compress her spinal nerves.

Plus the muscles in her back strengthened and she was not even working out.

However what effort she did put into this was practice.

She was doing it every day, and that is what caused her to change her physiological language for the
better.

Your issue probably is caused by bad posture, from sitting around working all day at the office.

One of the techniques that you may benefit from here is that you focus on your posture before
anything.

When you sit at your desk it is important that you sit with your back aligned to your seat, while you
make sure that your feet are flat on the floor.

Now when you look into the monitor make sure that your eyes are on level with the center of the
screen.

If not, adjust the screen.

That being said, if the pain persists, that is a red flag for something way more serious and I recommend
that you do not waste any time for seeing a doctor.

Your secret cerebral powers have the potential to do so much.

You can use it to influence so many different aspects of your life, and all it does is transform your
physiological language.

One thing that I know everyone finds convenient about the Tesla Code is that there is zero need for any
extra special tools.

All it requires is that you are present and ready. It is how much you are willing to put into this that
counts, and it is you who can determine successful training of your mind.

Nobody else gets to influence the techniques that make use of your secret cerebral powers. Therefore
you need nobody but your mind in the battle against your physical ailments like the one you described,
Gordon

My gripe is that I’m not very good with schedule of daily timing. I have my own name card and rubber
stamp-making business, and I can’t seem to find time to do anything. I admit that I’m not very good in
managing time.

Hey Gordon,

A lot of people have trouble managing time the right way.

For them there is this one effective tip that always works.

First distribute all of your tasks in 4 categories.

These categories are Urgent, Not Urgent, Important But Not Urgent, and Not Urgent and Not Important.

You probably already understand what I am getting at here.

These are the sections that you are supposed to divide your tasks by.

Take a piece of paper and write these out.

You will be surprised of everything that you have written.

Mostly because things that are falling in the category of Not Urgent, or Not Important have got you
worried more than the rest.

Now look towards the Urgent section.

These are the ones that should be bothering you.

Make a mental time line of when and how you will tackle these tasks.

The point of giving yourself deadline is so that you can then start focusing on the second category, that
is the Important but Not Urgent category.

These all include the tasks that must be done, but you can also afford to delay them a bit.

Work by categorization and you will be able to see for yourself how fast you can get over all the pending
tasks.

You don’t even have to be slow and steady about it.

It is just a clever trick to make sure that your brain gives undivided attention to one thing, without
stressing you out too much.

Everything that you do in life, every move you make, has time acting as the primary factor.
You probably know this, without timing things right it does not matter how hard you work.

You will only be able to accomplish little compared to the effort that you put into it.

That is the kind of situation that puts you down.

You don’t want that in life, you don’t need that in life.

It’s discouraging and makes your mind start believing that you do not have the energy to do everything
that needs to be done.

Fortunately one of the ways you can tap into your cerebral powers is through multiplying the results of
the tasks that you undertake with minimal effort.

You will find that you do not have to strain and that everything that you do works out quickly and easily
for you.

This is what we call your body speaking the right physiological language.

In other words you are a genius in action no matter what it is you are doing.

And why is that? It is because you timed your moves perfectly.

When we put that same ideology to a business, things are more pronounced.

You not only have to make thorough plans but also have to execute changes in no time, whenever
necessary.

You literally treat time like money, and you cannot afford to lose any.

One of the best examples of this is that you time your advertisements and other promotional campaigns
at the right times.

You know that timing here can make a huge difference.

In the same way you would be surprised how it works wonders for other areas of your work as well.

Sure you cannot lose sight of all the changes in the business world.

In order to stay at the top of the game, you have to be ready to make developments in sync with the
direction that the trends are gearing towards.

Just like you are worried that you may not have enough time on your hands to do the tasks.

When you are timing these efficiently, you also need to keep in mind that new or innovative idea if you
put out for your consumers will take time to be accepted.

However you need to include and plan for the time of acceptance as well.
Most times business owners just give up, and the sudden demand for a product overwhelms them.

They did not expect this, and now feel that they have too much on their plate.

Trust me, you don’t.

You can reap the benefits with careful time management and change your physiological language to
take care of everything, without over exerting your mind and body.

It is really that simple.

Before you know it you will be making tons of profits on what you invested in.

Without feeling like you worked way too hard.

By tapping into your cerebral powers you get to work smart, not hard.
Shannon

My impression after finishing reading The Tesla Code is that the strategies written inside the book is
more than a simple mind power. Is it something like telepathy? Could I also learn that?

Hey Shannon,

First off, Telepathy is by definition is a word that comes from the Greek Language.

The part ‘tele’ translates into ‘distant’, and the part ‘pathos’ or ‘patheia’ means ‘perception’ or can also
mean ‘feeling’.

The actual definition of the word refers to transmission of information from one to another without any
sort of physical or sensory connection.

This does sound like something from a comic book.

A person with telepathic abilities is able to sense or read another person’s thoughts and communicate
with them mentally.

This can only be described as a very powerful psychic ability which, and this is the important part, is
shrouded by myth and awe.

You need to acknowledge that Telepathy and the like have never been scientifically proven.

The Tesla Code has nothing to do with being able to communicate and enter somebody else’s mind.

Understand that it may not seem it, but the Tesla Code is a very very simple premise.

It makes use of the most powerful force in the world, which is your mind, and all the great potential that
it holds.

The world you see around you, and everything that we take for granted are achievements of single
minds.

That’s right; one mind is enough to be able to make phenomenal changes.

I am not just saying this, you can see it for yourself.

With the power of one’s mind people have achieved fame and prosperity for societies, and then the
entire world.

Great minds and inventors like Thomas Edison, Alexander Graham Bell have become famous and made
great changes in their respective fields.

Thomas Edison for one, interestingly enough is probably the only one out of history’s prolific geniuses
who did not believe that creativity and genius was ever a helpless innate thing.
According to Edison genius is only 1% inspiration and 99% perspiration.

In other words anyone willing enough with that 1% can do great things.

Graham Bell may have been the person who patented the telephone but it was Edison who improved
the transmission of the thing.

Edison did not put a hold on his imagination, this was proven when he used the telephone technology
and added the conceptual area of recording sound, instead of simply transmitting it.

Another wonderful thing that great minds have proven to us is all the good persistence can do for one.

For instance the battery for a car took a decade after its idea was worked on for the first time.

The bottom line is that creativity is not something that is offered to us by the great muses, everyone has
an equal chance of imagining great thing and then bringing these amazing things to life, in ways that
would benefit the entire world.

Being creative is not enough either, our mind deserves that we work hard and do justice to what it
procures. You need hard work and exposure to certain external factors to make this come true.

Sometimes doing great things may seem like you achieved the impossible to others. And that’s where
mythical concepts about telepathy for example come from.

You too can achieve great things by unlocking your cerebral powers, and using techniques that would
help you channel your physiological language the way you want to.

The mind is an amazing organ.

It took extensive research for me to unravel its mysteries, and its full potential.

The Tesla Code works with specific things in your life; thing that ultimately affect your career, business,
and your personal life as well.

It is all in your head, the thing stopping you and also with the power to ensure that you have fulfilling
experiences in all areas of your life.

Things that may seem difficult or impossible to you become easy when you tap into your secret cerebral
powers.
