as MSSQL and MS Access.
The software's multi-database capabilities allow the customer the flexibility to choose either MS Access database or MS SQL
database. Multiple users (software operators) with different levels of access can simultaneously access the system. The system
starts with only a single user called "Administrator", and the administrator can create different users with different access
levels enabling them with access only to data as allowed by their access rights orprivileges. The same software supports
stand-alone, small two-four doors installations, medium-size installation, and enterprise global systems. Just add more doors as
you grow. Our licensing process is simple. There is a one-time cost based on hardware and functionalities needed. As you expand

Scan and Enroll Controllers on the Network
The system setup is made relatively very easy with WatchNET software.
Once all the hardware is wired and plugged into the network, the software
scans the network for all installed controllers and lists them using the search
function. Auto or Manual configuration is possible on all the controllers
detected online.

The operator has the choice to determine if the configuration has to be

automatically or manually downloaded by selecting the respective feature
from the software. WatchNET Access panels can be connected either
through a COM port or through TCP/IP. In case the controllers are
interconnected through the RS485 Bus to the COM port of the server, then a
search could be done on the COM port as well. However, the controller DIP
switches need to be correctly set before the scan.

Software Event Monitoring

The pop-up function ensures that in the event of an alarm the

appropriate map pops up. The alarm can be acknowledged using the
acknowledge button on the top and action taken can be recorded. The
system also provides a real-time status display and control of all the
devices on the map.

The system enables the operator to monitor the entry of personnel

on-site in real-time. The person's database picture along with his
credentials is displayed. The latest entry is shown as a large picture
while the previous three are delegated to smaller screens on the side.
This feature facilitates video verification through camera pictures as
well. The system also enables specific events to pop up boxes from
different areas of the screen.

With this, the operator is easily available to identify whether the entry is a regular entry that pops up from the right-hand
side bottom of the screen or an alert that can pop up from the left-hand side top corner of the screen. These features
reduce the stress on the operator as they don't have to stay focused on the screen all the time monitoring the events.
The colour of events as it appears on the screen can also be configured making it specific to different organizations.

records to be replicated through to WatchNET Access Control Software cardholder records.

WatchNET Access Integrated Security Management Software
Time & Attendance Reports.

Time & Attendance reports are available from the

WatchNET Access Control system. In order to generate the
reports, the company or the department's working hours are
set as per the company’s policy. The employee is also allowed
a few pre-set minutes for late arrival or early departure.

The settings are as indicated. Based on these set rules the

employee’s actual IN and OUT readings on a daily basis
according to their access levels are compared against the
set rules and reports can be generated. It is possible to
generate a report based on the selected parameters as
indicated in the image.

These reports can be generated per employee or department as per the selections and saved in various formats as indicated below.
This information can be conveniently imported into third-party software such as Payroll, HR Management for wage calculations, etc.

WatchNET Access provides comprehensive graphical
monitoring and control. Map Maker allows having four
layers of visual maps of the different sites, buildings,
floors and areas.

Users can view all controller components and monitor

their real-time status (locks, sensors, exit buttons,
inputs and outputs).

Users can also change the status of the components

by right-clicking on the particular component and
choosing the options available. All maps and controller
components displayed are dynamic.

The components will change their graphical icon if their

physical status has changed (i.e. lock was opened).

Video Integration
The WatchNET Access software is seamlessly integrated with
the CCTV system through DV V and I Cameras.
Currently, it is integrated with all WatchNET video products
and a few other supported brands. Integration can also be
developed as per clients' requirements, provided the requirements
needed for integration are provided to us. Integration is achieved
by TC I communication with the required video platforms.

As is the case with controllers, the software scans the network and identifies the DV s, V s or I Cameras.
Once identified the cameras in the system can be located on the maps. The live image from the cameras can be
seen on the video monitor slots on the screen by clicking on the appropriate cameras. The system also automati-
cally brings up the appropriate cameras if they are tagged to doors upon events. Snapshots or video clips can be
recorded on specific events. These events are saved on the server and can be recalled at any time through the
event viewer or reports from the system.

The WatchNET Access software is seamlessly integrated with Biometric readers making enrollment of the
cardholders and their ngerprints from a single screen. Currently, it is integrated with the WatchNET Biometric
readers as well as a few, well-known brands in the industry. Integration can also be developed as per the
client s requirements, provided the requirements needed for integration are provided to us. Initially, each reader
is connected to the software through a SB cable to set device parameters for TC I communication.
nce this is done all biometric readers are plugged into the network and as is the case with controllers, the
software scans the network and identifies the units. The fingerprint is enrolled at the same time a card is
issued using the SB fingerprint enrollment unit. The fingerprint template is then downloaded to all the
fingerprint units through TC I . All the biometric readers will be listed in the card enrollment screen and
access can be allowed on all or specific readers depending on the access level of the cardholder.

WAC Access Controllers are designed to be self­contained controllers ideally suited for small and medium sized companies. Packed with rich
features, this product takes care of a variety of control and automation functions in addition to basic access control requirements of any
facility.

The models have been designed for specific access requirements in any facility such as access by card and exit by push button. Based on
the needs on site, the designer can choose from available models capable of controlling access to 1, 2, 4 or 8 doors (per panel).
