NOTES

1. Extra Charge will be charge for any work excluding the work mentioned above.
2. Demolishing Charges will be extra.
3. Rate will be increase by 15% after one year.
4. Party on its own will arrange for making RCC holes, Hilti machine work and core cutting. Big wall Hole,
Hard rock cutting, water, Electricity, & scaffolding.
5. A store Room for Keeping tools etc. will be provided by the party.
6. Place to keep Labour will be provided by party outside the Jaipur.
7. Contractor air fare and Hotel etc provided by client.
8. GST CHARGES EXTRA.

Payment Conditions:

a) 25% payment will be made after the Drain Line & Vertical Shaft pipe in the Bathroom.
b) 25% Payment will be made after the Water Supply & Shaft Piping in Bathroom.
c) 25% Payment will be made after the Concealed Part & Testing with shaft.
d) 20% Payment Will be made after the CP, Sanitary Ware fitting & Commissioning.
e) 5% Payment will be made after checking all work.
