RESOLUTION REQUESTING RANDOLP B. TORTOLA, Ph.D.,


CESO V, SCHOOLS DIVISION SUPERINTENDENT, DIVISION OF
BUKIDNON FOR THE OPENING OF SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL AT
NAMNAM INTEGRATED SCHOOL

WHEREAS, Namnam Integrated School is located 20 km away from Halapitan National


High School and it’s difficult to pursue Senior High School because of travel fare.

WHEREAS, Namnam Integrated School is more accessible school in our neighboring


barangay to pursue the senior high school

WHEREAS, Namnam Integrated School has increasing number of students per year and its
high time to offer Senior High School so that the Junior High School completers will not go away far
from home to complete Senior High School program.

WHEREAS, Namnam Integrated School is offering two tracks which are academic and Tech-
Voc. Humanities and Social Sciences strands, Accounting Business and Management strand under the
academic track Shielded Metal Arc Welding NC II and Electrical Installation and Maintenance NC II
under the Tech-Voc track.

WHEREAS, the said activity is intended to be implemented in school year 2021 to 2022.

NOW THEREFORE, upon the request of the community with the unanimous accord of the
school stakeholders

RESOLUTION REQUESTING RANDOLPH B. TORTOLA, Ph.D., CESO V,


SCHOOLS DIVISION SUPERINTENDENT, DIVISION OF BUKIDNON FOR THE
OPENING OF SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL, SAN FERNANDO II DISTRICT, SAN
FERNANDO, BUKIDNON.

WHEREAS, Namnam Integrated School is producing incoming Grade 11 students;

WHEREAS, Namnam Integrated School is located 20 km away from Halapitan National High
School and it’s difficult to pursue Senior High School because of travel fare.

WHEREAS, Namnam Integrated School is more accessible school in our neighboring barangay
to pursue the senior high school

WHEREAS, Namnam Integrated School has increasing number of students per year and its high

NOW THEREFORE, after the thorough deliberation and on motion of Mr. NILO VILLAFLOR,
Vice President of GPTA and duly seconded by Mrs. Norma P. Espartero, GPTA treasurer and all the
members present it was, to grant permission for the opening of Senior High School.

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED TO PASS THIS RESOLUTION


REQUESTING THE OFFICE OF SCHOOLS DIVISION SUPERINTENDENT, RANDOLPH
B. TORTOLA IN THE DIVISION OF BUKIDNON FOR THE APPROVAL OF THE
OPENING OF THE SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL AT NAMNAM INTEGRATED SCHOOL,
Namnam, San Fernando, Bukidnon.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution will be furnished to the office of the
Schools Division Superintendent.
