On or before July 1, 2025 , for value received, ARIEL VILLAMOR ABARICO., I/We jointly and severally promise(s) to pay the Small Business
Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "SBCorp") at its office at the 17th and 18th Floors 139 Corporate Center, 139 Valero St., Salcedo Village, Makati
City, Philippines, the sum of PESOS: THIRTY THOUSAND (P 30,000.00) Philippine Currency, with interest rate of ( 6.0%) per annum based on
diminishing balance and subject to payment of (0%) GRT, computed in the basis of outstanding balance hereof:

The amount contracted herein is based on the value of the peso at the time of execution of this Note. In case an extraordinary inflation or deflation
should supervene, the value of peso at the time of execution of this Note shall be basis of payment. For this purpose, "extraordinary inflation or
deflation" takes place when so declared by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas or in the event of an increase/decrease in any given year fifty percent (50%)
in the price of prime commodities based on the consumer price index for Metro Manila as announced by the BSP.

The rate of service fee stipulated, during the term of this Note, its extensions, renewals or other modifications may be increased, decreased or
otherwise changed from time to time by SBCorp pursuant to applicable and relevant laws or regulations prescribed by the Monetary Board of BSP and/or
any such authorized government agency.

The Note is secured by certain credits, collaterals and properties that I/we assigned in favor of SBCorp, copy/ies of which is/are on file and
integrated hereto by way or reference.

Payments pursuant to this Promissory Note shall be made through any of the following modes:
a. Post-dated Checks payable to Small Business Corporation;
b. On-line payment via LANDBANK Link.BizPortal;
c. Bayad Center Branches and partner outlets;
d. Palawan Pawnshop using Palawan Express Pera Padala Send Money Form; or
e. Other payment facilities accredited by SBCorp as its collection partners.

Payments made through any other modes shall not be acknowledged or recognized by SBCorp as proper and valid payment under this Promissory
Note.

Failure to pay PhP 1,109.37 monthly amortizations as stated in the attached Amortization Schedule shall make/render the entire loan obligation
due and demandable. This is without prejudice to the filing of the necessary legal action against the defaulting Borrower for the collection of his/her
outstanding loan obligation. (Please see attached Amortization Schedule).

It is likewise expressly agreed that delay and/or failure to pay the amortization due on the Loan upon maturity shall be subject to a penalty rate of
0.5% per month computed on the amount due.

The BORROWER hereby warrants that all information as well as all the supporting documents he/she submitted to the SBCorp are true and correct
and that any misrepresentation shall be considered grounds for revocation of his/her loan and shall render the loan obligation due and demandable. This
is likewise without prejudice to any legal action that could be filed by SBCorp against the BORROWER for fraud or misrepresentation as may be
provided for under the law.

In the events this Note or any part thereof is not paid in accordance with its terms and the holder is obliged to engage the services of a lawyer
and/or to institute legal action or proceedings to enforce collection thereof, the BORROWER agrees to pay to the holder hereof an additional sum
equivalent to fifteen percent (15%) to the total amount due, but in no case less than Twenty Thousand Pesos (P20,000.00) as and for attorney's fees,
besides the costs, collection expenses and other disbursements. The BORROWER likewise agrees to waive all its rights under the provisions of Section
12, Rule 39 of the Revised Rules of Court referring to those properties exempt from execution.

The BORROWER herein expressly waives presentment, demand, protest and notice of any kind, and consents to any and all extension of times,
renewals, waivers or modifications that may be granted by SBCorp with respect to the payment or other provisions of this Note. No delay or omission on
the part of SBC in exercising any right hereunder shall operate as a waiver of such right or any other rights under this Note.

The BORROWER further declares that any action which may arise out of or in connection with this Note shall be filed in the proper court in Makati
City.
