Before Login

1. Go to MyTax landing page via the URL


https://mytax.hasil.gov.my/.
2. The landing page for before login is displayed.
3. At the landing page, user have optional to
access other e-application or login into the
Mytax system.

1. Select Identification Type:


• Identification Number
• Army Number
• Police Number
• Passport Number

1. Choose “Identification Number”.


2. Enter identification number.
3. Click “Send”.

1. System will display “Digital Certificate


does not exist”.
2. Select one (1) method to continue
registration of digital certificate:
• e-CP55D
• e-KYC
3. Select:
• e-CP55D to continue digital
certificate registration via web.
• e-KYC to continue digital certificate
registration via face identification.

Registered taxpayers without digital

1. Click “e-CP55D” and user will be sent


to the “Confirmation of Information”
page.
2. Click “Yes” if it is the registered email
address.
3. Click “No” if it not the registered email
address.

• Identification Number
• Full Name
• email
2. Click “Send” if the information is
correct.

2. Activation link is sent to the registered

1. Click the provided link to activate the


digital certificate.
2. The link is valid for two (2) days only.

2. Select “Identification Number”.
3. Enter identification number.
4. Click “Send”.

1. PIN Number is displayed.
2. Select the “identification type”.
3. Enter identification number.
4. Click “Send”.

1. Confirm the information displayed.
2. Verify the information displayed.
3. If true, create a password.
4. Re-enter the password.
5. Create “Security Phrase”.
6. Click “Agree” if all the information is
confirmed.
7. Click “Agree” after user understands the
term and condition.
8. Click “Submit” button.
9. Click “Reset” to make any changes to the
password or security phrase.
Digital Certificate
Registration
1. “Digital Certificate created successfully” is
displayed.
2. Success notification displayed.
3. Click “Ok” to proceed.

1. Select identification type and enter the


identification number.
2. Click “Send”.

1. Confirm security phrase.


2. Click “Send” if the correct Security Phrase
is displayed.

1. “Login successful” is displayed.


2. User dashboard is displayed after success
to login.
Wrong Password

1. Enter the wrong password for three (3)


times.
2. “Two (2) attempts left” will be displayed
after the first wrong attempt.
3. System will instruct to reset password if
TP forgot the password.

1. Login attempted four (4) times.


2. System will inform that the login attempt
will be blocked for 10 minutes after one
(1) more wrong attempt.

2. Account is blocked for 10 minutes.
