Course Description It is intended to assist students in comprehending the nature of identity, including the variables that affect and
shape individual identities. It was designed to help students explore the problems and concerns of the self and
identity for a better and more accurate knowledge of oneself with a more critical and thoughtful attitude. It
places a strong emphasis on integrating the students' personal everyday experiences with their classroom
learning in order to motivate them to develop themselves for a higher quality of life.

Course Outcomes 1. Learn to comprehend how the self is constructed from a variety of disciplinary viewpoints, including
those of philosophy, sociology, anthropology, and psychology.
