Choose an organisation that you have studied and researched during this module and critically
evaluate its Human Resources Management practices.
Your assignment should address the following issues:
* A definition of Human Resource Management, and the practices and theories that have been
applied in the organisation you have selected.
*Include a brief outline of the nature of the organisation you have analysed.
* Identify and analyse the various approaches and structures present in the organisation, and how
these are aligned in the context of effective Human Resource Management.
*A detailed evaluation of the effectiveness of each practice/ process/policy, giving reasons for
relative success/failure.
* Ideas for improving Human Resource Management, practices/processes/policy, comparing on
the literature and personal experience of other situations and international business groups and
organisations.
*An overall evaluation of the effectiveness of the success of the business activity in terms of
effective Human Resource Management and its contribution to competitive advantage.
