75 DAY HARD

CHALLENGE

This Book Belongs To


Concept
The 75 Day hard challenge was made to change your physical and
mental health, change your life for the better through mental
toughness. It consists of sticking to certain principles for 75 day
non-stop. These basic principles are:

Meditate for 10min every day.

Pick a diet and stick to it till the of the challenge, the diet must
exclude alcohol and cheat meals

Workout twice a day for at least 45 minutes, one must be done


outdoor.

Drink 1 gallon of water a day.

Read 10 pages of a book every day.

Take 5 minutes cold shower.

Take a progress pictures daily.

Perform one act of kindness.


Tips for beginners
Try to finish drinking before 7 pm, otherwise, you'll be
peeing all night.

If you skip the workout even for 1 day, you need to start it all
over again.

No matter what your diet is, You have to run in line with your
current diet program.

Make your progress pic the first thing you do every


single day.

Review the stuff you've done before you fall asleep. You can
use the daily checklists in this journal.

No matter the reason you fail, DO NOT GET


DISCOURAGED.

Doing this challenge with your partner or friends can help you be
more motivated.
