ITSM Level- V Coc Project

Instruction: under this project the candidate is required to establish client user
liaison and conduct business relation ship

Project One (1)

ABC Company is an advertising company managed by a board of directors


technical, worker department, human resource department and customer
department are equal level and subordinate under each department.

The company has an information system comprised of computer power protection


tools network , an internet connection, human resource, ms office application,
video ,audio and image processing than the department as following as:-

 The board of directors should get monthly report about the status company
 The technical worker department responsible for advertising designing
activities.
 Human resource department manages the human resource of organization.
 The customer relation department workers on customer relation
Task:-1 Identify unit and sketch organizational structure of the organization
Identify the organizational unit of company and sketch organizational structure of the
company save it folder name ITSM by organizational structure under local disk C.

Hint use Ms office Vision 2007/10

Task 2: Identify hardware and software technologies

Identify the hardware and software technologies that are used in as technologies in
ITSM folder.
Project Two (2) Disaster Recovery and Contingency Plan

All firms of accountant consist of two partners and four house converted into offices the
building have fire alarms and fire or security devices. Computer are allocated to each
worked to file server the equipment which is round two years able to date but is now out

ABC trading company is an import and export computer 60 four department
administration, accounting and service purchasing. So the company needs to
insert network to staff manager and administrator organization editing ,services
going to access privilege department. Assume you are an information technology,
system manager information technology assistance working under your system.
Task 1. Hardware requirement for your network installation

 List the hardware requirement of this network installation
