CLINICAL SUMMARY
this young pt with no previous comorbidities presented with fever for last 2 weeks .fver is high
grade intermittent associated with rigor and chills relieved with medication .fever is assciated
with gba and anorexia pt also compain of epigasric pain and vomited 2 episodes. pt also compain
of dry cough.on exam chest has b/l expiratory wheezes rest of examination are unremarkable.pt
has fever free for last 3 days. blood culture iis awaited.
