Hi Rose,
How’s life?
Did you know that people are having opposite viewpoints regarding the
introduction of new words into English dictionaries?
I think this is a good thing. The world is evolving, and so is the language. Many
new terms excited me
Benefit:
new words being imported
-> to bridge the cultural gap: xich lai khoang cach van hoa

Q2. Email to the club manager.
According to the news, people are having opposite viewpoints when new words are being added to
the English dictionary.
From my perspective, people should welcome English new words that are being introduced. The
world is evolving, and so is the language. The young people are shaping new words and new concepts
need new name so I believe it is normal for new things to arrive. Sooner or later, we will meet them in

options when it comes to writing and expressing their ideas.
Last weekend, my friend and I went to the Vietnam Museum of Nature. There are
many specimens, fossils, and vivid models from a variety of animals and plants here.
We have learned many exciting things about nature.
Part 3:
Q1: Please tell me about a visit to a museum when you were a child.
I visited the Technology museum while I was a child, I was totally amazed by some of
the work .How so simple engine evolve to complicated structure. The mechanical
displays were mind-blowing, especially one that had a spinning motor that went
through numerous gear reductions.
Question 2: History museum or sports museum?
I recommend taking your child to a history museum. This will help your child gain a
better understanding of the country's history. By doing this, your child will feel more
proud and loyal to his or her country.
Q3: Less people are going to museums and only see pictures on the Internet.
Does this have any effect?
I believe this tendency has some negative effects. First of all, seeing pictures on the
Internet can not deliver the true feelings that you can have when you stand directly in
front of a historical model. Secondly, Internet contents are not accurate all the time.
Some hostile forces may edit the picture for the own sake and mislead people.
Part 4:
Email 1:
Hi Tra,
How’s it going?
Have you received the latest email from our museum club?
They need consulting about the entrance fee. I think a low fee to access
will help us to maintain the museum. What do you think about this?
Drop me a line.
Love,
Camellia
Email 2:
Dear manager,
My name is Camellia, and I have been a member of the Museum Club for three
months.
Regarding tickets to access the museum, I suppose that visitors should pay a low fee to access
which will help us with the repair and maintenance cost. We could also arrange awarding
events for outstanding works to encourage people to join. In addition, we can open a small
shop selling souvenirs for visitors. This helps carers to have a better income.
Yours faithfully,
Camellia

Q2: Did you often read books as a child?
Q3: What are the benefits of reading books at an early age?
Q1: Describe the picture.
In the picture, I can see there are three people: a man, a woman, and a girl
It is clear that they are sitting on the sofa. The man is kissing his daughter's head while the
woman and little girl are reading a book.
since I was a kid. Some kinds of books that I would prefer to read are biographies,
historical fiction, mysteries, fantasy, and science fiction. During the holidays,
science fiction is my go-to choice, such as exploring time travel, space travel, and
future scientific and technological advances.
I can sit and read these books for hours without getting bored, and it not only
enables me to broaden my knowledge but also serves as an entertaining way to
wind down after a long day at school.
Q3: What are the benefits of reading books at an early age?
Reading allows children to develop better imaginations and get more life
information. When you start reading aloud to your child, you're basically giving
them background information about their world, which helps them make
sense of what they see, hear, and read.
Children's health
In the first picture, I can see a young man about 16 years old wearing a blue shirt. He is
sitting in a room and reading a newspaper.
In the second picture, I can see a boy about 8 years old wearing a blue t-shirt and
playing video games by himself. He looks very amused.
Regarding the difference, they have different ways to entertain themselves in their
spare time. While the young man in the first picture reads a newspaper to keep up with
the latest news, the boy in the second spends his time playing video games.
I prefer...
Q2: Which of these two ways of relaxation do you favor?
Personally, I prefer reading newspapers. I often read reputable online newspapers such as
vietnamnet, dantri,... Updating the latest news will help me grasp the general situation of
society, especially the economy. Besides, I often read news about entertainment, showbiz, or new
movies to relax. I can exchange that information with my friends and colleagues. Accordingly,
we can get closer to each other.
While there are drawbacks to playing video games, I believe there are also unexpected advantages.
First of all, playing video games can assist kids in developing their ability to solve problems
and train their brains. Kids can take on problems and try to find solutions in some games.
Moreover, kids may have better social skills. Video games create a common interest for your
children to make friends with others who share the same interest.
To sum up, games can be considered a beneficial educational tool for kids. However, we must
keep an eye on them and restrict what they can play.

Q1: Talk about the last time you learned something new.
Q2: What do you think about learning many new things in life?
Q3: What does learning new knowledge bring and help you?
Q1. Talk about the last time you learned something new.
I would like to talk about the time when I started to learn how to cook.
I used to hate cooking, and while I could make a few basic things, I wasn’t really any good.
In school we did have a few cooking classes, but nothing that really taught the skills I’d need to
make anything other than a basic dessert or a simple lunch. So I decided to choose to take a
professional cooking course.
The teacher went through all the basics, from the essential equipment that all home chefs
need to basic knife skills. Every class left me more and more confident.
Over time I started to experiment and try making increasingly complex dishes. I can’t say
everything has been a success, and I’ve certainly had my fair share of disasters in the kitchen,
but that one online course has saved me from a lifetime of mediocre takeout and frozen
meals.
Q2: What do you think about learning many new things in life?
I think curiosity is in man's nature, so new things always attract people to discover and
conquer them. Once you find something that you are actually interested in, learning more
about it becomes extremely amusing.
