3 By updating this section, I/We acknowledge and consent that any fund withdrawals or payments due to me/us shall be credited directly into my designated
bank account (Standing Credit Instruction) as stated above. In consideration of you acting in accordance with my/our instruction, I/We hereby agree:
i. to refund to CGS MY of any payments wrongly made to me or wrongly credited into my trust account maintained with CGS MY and/ or the above-mentioned

ii. not to hold CGS MY responsible for any losses arising thereof and undertake to indemnify CGS MY at all times against all claims, losses or expenses incurred
