The future is calling. Will you answer? Intern Roles and Responsibilities To explore
state-of-the-art technologies in high performance computing to advance the AI + HPC + Cloud
solutions that are leveraged in KLA’s products. The scope of the technologies includes new HW
architectures (such as GPUs, AI accelerators, and FPGAs), compiler stacks, and SW with a
focus on image processing, and AI technologies including Machine Learning and Deep
Learning. • Your responsibilities will include: • Design and analysis of algorithms • Research the
solution space • Develop concepts • Prototype and validate concepts • Specify software
requirements • Software/algorithm development (productization/programming) • Preferred
Qualifications • Knowledge and understanding of computer architecture are highly desirable •
Solid background in design and analysis of algorithms is desirable • Good demonstrated
programming skills in modern C++ is desirable • Experience with heterogenous parallel
computing (including GPU) is a plus • Analytical skills, problem-solving skills (quantitative &
algorithmic) • Ability to work in a team, and contribute to the team effort • Experience with image
processing / signal processing / machine learning is a plus • Proficiency in Python, DL
frameworks, distributed computing, Linux operating system internals, compiler level
optimizations will be a big plus Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master's level degree in
Computer Science, AI, EE Work Location: Chennai
