“A RESOLUTION RESPECTFULLY REQUESTING TO THE LGU ALCALA CAGAYAN


HEADED BY THE HONORABLE MAYOR ATTY. CRISTINA I. ANTONIO, VICE
MAYOR JOY DURUIN AND THE MEMBERS OF SANGGUNIANG BAYAN FOR THE
REALIGNMENT AND TO RELEASE THE AMOUNT OF 200,000.00(TWO HUNDRED
THOUSAND PESOS ONLY) YEAR 2022 UNDER THE LGU FUND FROM DRAINAGE
CANAL FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND IMPROVEMENT OF BRGY. HALL OF
BARANGAY TUPANG ALCALA, CAGAYAN.

WHEREAS, the said fund will serve as a continuation for the


unimplemented project of the budget year 2022.
WHEREAS, that the construction and improvement of barangay hall
will benefit barangay officials and employees in performing their
duties by having a more comfortable work place and better ambience.
WHEREAS, the said construction and improvement of barangay hall
will also serve as a part of the continuous development projects of this
barangay.
WHEREAS the said project will also benefit all barangay constituents
and visitors for their quick and easy access especially walk-in clients in
serving basic services and other transactions.
NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Barangay Kagawad, ROMMEL
M. TIMBAS duly seconded by the Barangay Kagawad, CLIFFORD A.
VISORIA be it resolved.
RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the continuation
of the construction and improvement of barangay hall of Barangay
Tupang Alcala, Cagayan is hereby concurred.
RESOLVED FINALLY, to forward copy of this resolution to the Office of the
Sangguniang Bayan Alcala, Cagayan.
