At the end of the 50-minute lesson, the students must have:

a. Discuss understanding of mental health and psychological well-being to identify


ways to cope with stress during adolescence.
b. Identify causes and effects of stress in one’s life, and;
c. Demonstrate personal ways to cope with stress and maintain mental health.
