MVP Plan

Goal

To enhance user experience on X by addressing critical issues related to user interface and
functionality, including Menu Structure, Search Functionality, Post Composer, Media
Uploads, Visual Appeal, Ad Intrusiveness, Consistency, Loading Speed, Stability, and Privacy
Controls.

Sprint 1: Performance Improvements

User Stories:

1. As a user, I want the app to load quickly so that I can use it without delays.

2. As a user, I want the app to run smoothly without crashes so that I have a seamless
experience.

Tasks:

1. Loading Speed:

o Optimize code and assets to reduce loading times.

o Implement lazy loading for non-essential components.

o Reduce HTTP requests and optimize API calls.

2. Stability:

o Improve error handling and crash reporting mechanisms.

o Conduct extensive cross-device and cross-browser testing.

o Monitor and address performance issues in real-time.

Duration: 2 weeks

Sprint 2: User Interface Enhancements

User Stories:

1. As a user, I want a well-organized menu so that I can easily navigate the app.

2. As a user, I want an intuitive post composer so that I can create posts easily.
