Two horizontal adjustment functions are available:
a) Continuous adjustment; the locking pin is lifted and rotated by 180°.
b) In increments of approximately 15°; the locking pin must be in the locking
position.
This swivel unit is compatible with all Ottobock modular channel forearm
supports. The swivel unit can be mounted on the left or right side of the
wheelchair. The default version is for right-hand installation. With some minor
adjustments, it can be installed on the left side.
Please note: Using the swivel unit increases the arm support height by approxi-
mately 30 mm. In order to compensate for this, install a height-adjustable arm
support. For the Avantgarde desk side panel, swivel units for a tube diameter of
19 mm are required. A tube diameter of 20 mm is required for the Start series.
