In completing this project I am deeply conscious oI my
debt to all those, without whose warm support,
encouragement and guidance this project was not likely
possible to complete.

guide and mentor to this project Ior his/ her limitless support
and guidance. Also I would like to acknowledge the Iull
hearted help and support Irom my parents and Iriends who
actually helped me to give this project the shape in which it is
today.
~Executive Summary
The project begins with understanding the in and out oI the term Leadership. The study
includes a basic reIerence to the term leadership and then gradually getting deep inside the
term researching on the importance, Ieatures, Iunctions, etc oI leadership. It also Ilashes light
in the essence oI a good leader.
Gradually the project shiIts its route to understand the in-depth oh the term Human
Resource. It deIines and study on every aspect related to the term Human Resource including
human resource management, human resource development, etc. Also it puts light on the
other necessities oI the topic like Ieatures, characteristics, etc oI every term explained.
Finally the project takes a turn to deeply explain the need oI leadership in human
resource. The topic is explained deeply with reIerence to two great leaders and achievers as
examples.
This project covers all the basic aspects required to understand the topic better. And at
the end the report highlights and summarise the requirement oI leadership in human resource.

This project has been prepared with an intention to make one realize and understand the
importance oI Leadership in Human Resource.
Human resource is the most precious and valuable asset that makes a great
diIIerence in one organisation with respect to another organisation. Initially the Human
Resource was simply considered as a basic working population in a Iirm, but lately the
importance oI Human Resource have grown to such big extend that the companies have
started spending on Human resource more than anything.
This project not only aims to present theoretical knowledge but also
the practical aspects oI current scenario and live examples Irom real leaders.
