Project Details

1) Project Title : APAC CRM implementation for Daimler.


Duration : January 6th 2015 – Till Date.
Environment : Salesforce.com and Force.com.
Organization : NTT Data.
Project Description:
Daimler APAC CRM implementation is intended to establish the APAC CRM Kernel on the
Salesforce platform and integrate EP platform. This includes the market specific
implementation and enhancements for various APAC regions like Australia, Japan and
subsequent markets.
Roles and Responsibilities:
 Attended design workshop at China, Australia and Korea to gather requirements to kick
start the APAC CRM project.
 Responsible for the delivery of the components.

 SFDC Technical Designer/Architect for Daimler project India development team.

 Work closely with Executive Architects in designing technical solution for the
requirements.
 Conduct code reviews after completion of work item to ensure standardization.

2) Project Title : GPLM (NTT Data i3 Project).


Duration : September 22nd 2014 – December 31st 2014.
Environment : Salesforce and Force.com.

Project Description:
GPLM (Government Permitting and Licensing Management) project is a cloud based
solution for digitizing and automating permitting and licensing processes for government
agencies. Using Force.com we are developing a platform that can be configured and customized
to meet requirements from different clients and client types.

3) Project Title : CareForce (Service Cloud implementation.

This is a migration project where the existing functionality on SAP system is implemented
on SFDC platform with additional features. Currently the project is in maintenance phase
where enhancement requests come up and we implement the changes based on priority in
dot releases.

This is a migration project where the existing ICM (Commission calculation) functionality on
Salesforce system is being implemented on Varicent platform with additional features.
Roles and Responsibilities:

 Involved in designing the solution for Varicent screen mash up within SFDC.
 Implement SFDC solution and Varicent solutions.
 Responsible for the delivery of the components
 Have created VF Page and used Iframes to show Varicent application within
salesforce.
 Have implemented custom link to provide access to Varicent application.
 Have implemented profile restrictions to access the Varicent application through
SFDC.

6) Project Title : Account Contact Inactivation.

This project was to hide the inactive Account and Contacts in the system, the
implementation was done by creating fields, workflows, email services, sharing rules and
VF pages.

 Have modified the OWD settings and have set it to private.

This is an integration project using Informatica an ETL tool to migrate data from
Siebel CRM system to SFDC system.
Roles and Responsibilities:

 Have created Informatica mapping to bring in Quote, Order, Asset and Activity related
data from Siebel to SFDC.
 Have created Informatica Workflow for Quote, Order, Asset and Activity.
 Have implemented the scheduling of the workflow to run the job every 3 hours.

8) Project Title : Contact Sync.

Duration : 3 Months

This project was to build real time integration between Siebel CRM and SFDC. Contacts
can be created in both the system independently. So the requirement was to keep both the
systems in sync.
