1. I was tasked with setting up a separate shop from the options department, an area to build generator
boxes and break metal spring covers, cove, and other metal parts that need to be bent on a brake.
Different styles and colors of cove, and any special trim such as diamond plate. I would build parts for
upcoming units making it much faster for the installer installing the cabinets in that unit. I would also fix
damaged cabinets ,doors, and other issues that were taking too much time.
2. If possible, I would work ahead of the installers scheduled to Install the cabinets, and install the flooring
and generator box to help save time as well.
3. Break metal per ordered options.
4. Performed any fabrications as needed in order to complete the unit.

My position with Aquatics/ (American Bath Group) was a woodshop position, designated saw man. As
such, another employee and I ware responsible for accurately cutting the needed material to supply the
line for Bathtub and shower manufacturing, as well as delivering the materials cut to specific locations
along the production line. Maintain a days worth of prepared product.12 different sizes of 3/4 inch
plywood, 300 ea. 21 sizes of fiberglass board cut from 4x8 sheets, 300 ea., 2 barels of pre assembled
feet/ legs... ...and a variety of other pre-fabricated items made in the woodshop. Also cleaning of the line
floor of over sprayed resin 3 times daily. Operation of forklift and electric palette jack. Screw and glue
guns. Table, ban , jig, skill, chop, and radial arm saws. Bench and die grinders, a variety of nail and staple
guns. Pluss tub and shower repairs. This was a very demanding position in a fast paced invironment.
