1. Importing Endoscopic Images
You can import still pictures captured on Endoscopic Study device (Endoscopic image) to the FVS-1000 through the
network. Endoscopic images imported are stored on the FVS-1000 in association with patient and/or study information, so
you can select studies from the “Main window” and edit the associated study information or view endoscopic images in
the “Viewer window”.

1. Overview of Ultrasonic Image Import Software

The ultrasonic image import software is launched on a sever PC, together with the FVS-1000, to import images from the
ultrasonic diagnostic imaging equipment and register relevant study data automatically. You can manage images imported
as study data the same way as you handle X-ray images, so you can view, save them to disk or other media from both the
server and client PCs.

The workflow from acquiring ultrasonic images on the ultrasonic diagnostic imaging equipment to saving them is shown

2. Working with the “Import General-Purpose Images window”

Instructions about handling the components of the “Import


General-Purpose Images window” are given below. Image files compliant with the following specifications can be
imported to the FVS-1000:
Format : JPEG (JFIF)
Color : 8-bit grayscale or 24-bit color
(1) Size : Minimum is 200 x 200 pixels or more
