Mentor Intern Program
The Naghavi Financial Services Mentor Intern Learning Program provides a distinctive internship experience for young
talents to develop leadership skills in a global setting, emphasizing personal growth and professional development.
The program focuses on reflective practices and leadership training, aligning with the Foundation's values to cultivate a
sense of global citizenship and social responsibility among participants through daily activities and mentorship
relationships. Despite being conducted online and offline, the Mentor Intern Learning Program has been praised for its
personalized approach, offering a unique learning environment that fosters meaningful connections and valuable skills
for future career success within a diverse global community.
Investment: Company investors assigning a budget of Min INR 5 Lakhs INR 9 Lakhs on each
individual to focus on the talent, research and development of the skills.
Online: Online sessions from June 1st, 2024 6 days a week, 3 hrs./day.
Health Insurance: Health Insurance is provided at a cost of INR 600/ month.
Rotational Shift: Every alternate week, the intern work shift will be changing from day to night and night to day shifts.
Project mentors: Mentors are well experienced of Min 10+ a n d 15+ years of implementations, development and support and mentors a small group of interns
30 per batch focusing on specific domain client requirements.
Registration Fees (Instalment): The first instalment of INR 12,700 + 18% GST, which is an equivalent to an amount of INR 15000/ to be paid either online or IMPS
directly to company account
Internship Paid Allowances: The Company provide a monthly earning internship allowance up to INR 25,000/month based on their work performance.
Guaranteed Client Deployment before Internship end date: 100% client deployment before Nov 30 th, 2024 and guarantee of an achieving an excellent salary
of min INR 5,00,000 to 10,00,000 annually based on the full time internship role.
Client Deployment Fees: Upon receipt of the official confirmation and verification of full time employment from the client, the company will proceed to issue
an invoice to the intern for payment of 60 % of their salary through bank secured loans.
Secured Loan: Company provides a secured loan with no collateral from the intern along with no interest and full payment back to be paid by the company
through joint account in 2 years
