1. To increase employee loyalty, you must increase the positive emotions of your
employee. The first thing is the salary because no matter how engaged, inspired and
appreciated an employee feels, money always plays a role so it is important that a company
ensure to compensate the time and work of employee well and fair. Second is the Job
satisfaction if an employee feels happy and content within their role, they will typically feel loyal
to the company. Third appreciation and respect If you want your employees to be loyal to your
business, it’s important that your business shows loyalty to them in return and also give them a
respect. Lastly, opportunitues and development opportunities for training and development also
help ensure that your employees see a future for themselves within the organization that leads
them to be loyal to your company.
3. Recruiting from universities employees or fresh graduate is a reality for many businesses
in today’s business environment that bring several pros and cons. Some pros in
recruiting from universities is the fresh perspective of a new grad hire is that they’re
new with the environment but they are ready to learn. Students fresh gradute are eager
to learn not just about the workforce in general, but about the company that gives them
their first job. The cons of recruiting form universities is that they don’t have experience
of course, most new hires coming from school don’t have any professional experience.
Choosing potential employees that are not ready to take on the responsibilities a full
time job requires should be first part of any hiring manager’s screening process. And last
is they are lacking of skills recent graduates also have very little introduction to
commonplace work applications.
4. If the employee is overqualified there is some disadvantages that many company avoid
because some of the overqualified employee is probably been earning more than what
you’re offering for this role and get easily bored or rather complacent in that role very
fast. But if I’ am an hr I will not disqualify a candidate who has the skills the company is
looking for because of assumptions about compensation. I should discuss with the
candidate what the job pays and any other appealing perks, such as flexible scheduling,
or benefits unique to the company. Because for me it is the candidate who decides
whether the compensation offered is sufficient.
5. Training is one of the best way to improve the performance of the employee it also
helps in many way specially on the fresh graduate employee. Training can reduce staff
turnover, lower maintenance costs by reducing equipment breakdowns and result in
fewer customer complaints. Better performance from employees typically creates less
need for supervision and brings increased worker output. Training also good way for the
company to teach those new hire employee on what will be there job inside the
workplace .
6. As an hr you need to encourage diversity and this will starts with hiring. Because if you
want to build diversity in the workplace, you first need to hire diverse candidates. In
order to make that happen, you need to make your recruiting process more inclusive
and appealing to people with different characteristics. First thing hr need to do is to
create and offer internships and scholarships to people from different groups and
highlight your company’s commitment to diversity on your career site and include a
note about it in every job description. This thing has a good impact on the workplace
specially on the employees they build a good relation and they know to have a respect
to other.
7. Yes, because people are often motivated by money and some of workers is more likely
to perform to his potential if he’s happy with the salary he is earning and if they earn a
high salary they feel motivated to do a good job, because he wants to please his
employer to retain his position. Salary also brings a feeling of security, allows him to
feel accomplished and gives him a high status ranking that he enjoys. Also person is
much more willing to put in extra hours at the office if he feels his financial rewards
are a fair. In this way the employee will be motivated to do their jobs.
8. Employee performance evaluation is a key factor in inspiring your employees, improving
the quality of work, and keeping them motivated. If I were be an hr manager I think one
of the best way to evaluate employee performance is that on how they finish their work
on time with the highest level. It is also important to evaluate the quality of work that
our employees create. This measured through their role in client efforts, stability of the
production changes/platform, best practices, and feedback from the client. The
creativity of an employee is also an important point to evaluate employee .
9. High employee productivity is the key of a successful business. When employees are
are sick their work will suffers, and also the company. When employees experience
problems they don't perform to their highest potential and when employees often call
in sick or aren't mentally present when they attend work this will affect the things that
the company needs to accomplish specially if the sick employee has a big role on the
company and this will cause a company to slow their business productivity so it is
important that the company ensure the safety and health of the employee.
10. For me the things that motivate the people to work more first the salary because people
is become more motivated when they are happy and one of their happiness is to earn a
high salary. Second is on how company recognize your work because many of us wants
to recognize all our hard work because imagine if an employee puts a lot of effort into a
project to produce exceptional results but their hard work isn't recognized, why would
they continue to be a high-performing employee. So it is best that the company
recognize the employees hard work for them to be motivated.
11. Based on my experience inside the hrm department I notice that the salary of the
employee is based on ranking or on how long they are in the company and it is also
based on your promotion. I notice that if you are an hr manager you need to be fair in
all times specially when it comes on salary. The hr need to obey the policy as it relates to
salary increasthat the employee is qualified in that salary to avoid employees complaints
about their pay.
12. If I were an hr specialist the first thing I need to consider is that the employee must
satify to their job and to achieve this thing you need to satisy them with the rewards
and recognition, workplace environment and also empowerment of employee because
if you provide this thing the employee will be satisfy on what job they have specially if
they know that the company cared for them. As employee loyalty and commetment are
based on the employee if they are satify or not because if the employee is satisfy to
there work then they give their loyalty to the company.
13. One of the factors that affect employees retention is the health and wellness benefits
because as we are working much of our daily hour are spend in our work meaning our
workplaces have a huge impact on shaping employee lifestyle, eating habits, and overall
health. So offering a health benefits package, including health and life insurance along
with a retirement plan is a retention strategy worth investing in. When you support
health and wellness throughout your company, it can helps employee to reduce their
stress and allows employees to focus on doing their best work.
14. When selecting or hiring the employee must accomplish all the rules and one of the
rules is that the employee must be on time because in this way the hr can forsee if you
are a responsible employee or not. You also need to comply all the requirement
required when you apply and the last is that you make sure that all your qualification
will fit on what position are you applying for because the hr will know if are fit or not to
the position.
15. Human resources has an extremely important role to play and a responsibility to
maintain a workplace free of bullying and sexual harassment. So the hr need to
adopt some anti harrassment and bullying policy as a part of employees
handbook to know what punishment they will get if they do this kind of thing.
Next is to train employees to explain what bullying and harassment are and the
procedures to file a complaint, as well as consequences for participating in these
behaviors and the most important thing that hr need to do is to monitor the
workplace.
