• Developed a website hosted on Render which offers course and educator details, registration and logging features
• Employed HTML, CSS and Javascript for frontend dev., while utilsing Node.js, Express.js for backend integration
• Incorporated MongoDB database with Mongoose library for reg. and, used MongoDB Atlas for cloud storage
• Implemented security using Bycrypt hashing, email validation via Validators, and user authentication via JWT

News Buddy | Python | Self Project [June 2023]
• This project recommends news articles based on user input and includes a Chatbot for interactive discussions
• Utilized the BERT model to encode the user's search query and article titles into numerical embeddings
• Applied cosine similarity to calculate similarity scores between the user's query and each article title
• Used the News API to fetch top headlines from google-news-in which recommends relevant news articles
• Integrated Open AI API to create an interactive chatbot that enhances user conversation based on user inputs

File Compression with Huffman Encoding | C++ | Self Project [May 2023]
• Implemented Huffman encoding to compress files and directories, reducing their size without losing any info
• Used data structures like priority queue and binary tree to reduce the file size while maintaining data integrity
• Implemented a recursive approach using filesystem library for directory traversal, file handling, and compression
• Incorporated support for handling various file types including text and image type files for efficient compression
