Introduction

by his international education, has been influenced by cultural differences and

Development Need:

Dr. Anil Kumar Bhatta suggests that effective communication and public speaking
can be areas of personal growth. By improving communication skills, making concise
discussions, explaining complex medical concepts, and a dermatological professional can
enhance their reputation and contribute to larger campaigns for patient care and dermatology
advancements (whatfix, 2023). By focusing on these developmental needs, Dr. Anil Kumar
Bhatta can continue to grow both professionally and personally, enhancing his ability to
provide excellent dermatological care in Nepal while also contributing to the broader medical
community both locally and internationally. His unique background positions him to be a
transformative figure in Nepalese dermatology, bridging Eastern and Western practices and
