Assignment 1:

Create a passport size image and arrange the multiple copies of the same
image on the A4 size page.

Steps:
1. Create a file of dimension 35mm X 45mm
2. Insert an image of a person and scale the image to the size of the
background in a new layer
3. Add a white border around the image in a new layer.
4. Merge the layers.
5. Copy the whole image.
6. Create another file ofA4 size.
7. Select bucket tool.
8. Select the Pattern fill radio button.
9. Select “Clipboard Image” from the pattern.

Assignment 2:
Change the color of the particular portion of the image using Hue saturation.

Steps:

1. Import the image into the document window.


2. Select a particular portion of the image using a path tool or free
select tool.
3. Go to Colors -> Hue-Saturation.
4. Adjust the different parameters from the dialog box to change the
color of the Selected portion
5. Export the image

Using a pen tool, remove the background of the image and put the image on a
new background.

Steps:

1. Import the image into the document window.


2. Add alpha channel to the image if there is no alpha channel in the
image.
3. Select the ‘Fuzzy Selection Tool (Magic Wand tool)’ and click on the
background of the image to select the same color background.
4. Press the delete button on the keyboard.
5. Export the image.

Using the Magic Eraser tool and Magic Wand tool remove the same color
background of the image.

Steps:

1. Import the image into the document window.

Using clipping mask technique insert the image within a shape.

Steps:
1. Import the image into the document window.
2. Create a new layer group.
3. Drag and drop the image into the layer group.
4. Draw and select the clipping shape.
5. Right click on the layer group and select ‘add layer mask’.
6. Choose ‘selection’ from the option then add.
7. The image is clipped.

Using layer mask technique masking a particular portion of the image.

Steps:
1. Import an image.
2. Go to layer -> duplicate layer to create a duplicate layer with the
same image.
3. Place the layer above the actual layer.
4. Now select the duplicated layer.
5. Go to colors -> desaturate -> desaturate to make the image black and
white.
6. Now right click on the duplicated layer and select add layer mask ->
white (full opacity) and click add.
7. Select an area of the black and white image using selection tools.
8. Select bucket fill, make sure the foreground color is black.
9. Tap on the selected area.

d. Go to edit and select stroke selection.
e. Adjust the size of the stroke and press stroke.
4. Create drop shadow
a. Create new text with a text layer.
b. Select the text and select Filters -> Light and Shadow -> Drop
Shadow.
5. Create bevel
a. Create a new text layer using a text tool.
b. Go to layer transparency alpha to selection
c. Go to filters decor and select add bevel.
d. Adjust the size of the bevel and press apply.
6. Create emboss
a. Create a new text layer using a text tool.
b. Go to layer transparency alpha to selection.
c. Go to filters distorts emboss.
d. Adjust all the aspects as required and click apply.
7. Create gradient overlay
a. Create a new text layer using a text tool.
b. Go to layer transparency alpha to selection.
c. Select gradient.
d. Left click on any side of the text and drag to the other side.
e. Adjust various aspects as required.

tools.

3. Click on the red Record button and speak into the microphone
4. To stop recording, click on the yellow Stop button
5. Locate and select a noisy section on the audio timeline
6. Open the noise reduction effect and select the noise profile
7. Select the entire track and remove the noise
8. Export the audio in desired format

1. Open Audacity and import the song from which you wish to remove

1. Open Blender and select the 2d animation.
2. Change the mode to object mode from draw mode.
3. Add plain and scale it according to your wish and give it material

ball.

imitating the style of bouncing.
