    “RESOLUTION CREATING THE BARANGAY NUTRITION ACTION PLAN OF


    BARANGAY TUMIAO, LAMBAYONG, SULTAN KUDARAT.”

    WHEREAS; Presidential Decree No. 1569(1979) Mandated the Deployment of (1) BNS in
    Every Barangay to monitor the Nutritional status of children and other nutritionally related at-risk
    groups and link them nutrition and nutrition-related service providers, PD 159 also mandated the
    NCC to administer the program in cooperation with local governments unit;

    WHEREAS; the creation of the Barangay Nutrition Scholars Committee (BNSC) is required
    by law;

    WHEREAS; the Barangay Nutrition Scholars Committee (BNSC) of Barangay Tumiao,


    Lambayong, Sultan Kudarat is composed of the following.

    WHEREFORE; upon sponsorship of Hon. Imelda P. Solatorio and duly


    secondedRESOLVED FURTHER, that the following Barangay Nutrition Scholars Committee are
    as follow:

    Interior and Local Government office and Sangguniang Bayan for their information and guidance.

    UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED this 14th day of January 2022 Barangay Madanding,
