    4. All students are expected to take Major exams
    (Midterm / Final) on the specified day. In
    general, no make-up test or retest will be given
    except when circumstances warrant but valid
    supporting documents shall be presented.
    5. All students are expected to attend online
    classes in their prescribed uniform.
