I hereby attest that all information provided in this application form are TRUE and CORRECT to the best of knowledge. That I can support all
information contained herein with original or authenticated documentary proofs under my personal possession/control upon demand by the
Philippine National Police Academy authorities. Any false information/statement or failure to enclose any material fact is perjury punishable under
Article 183 of the Revised Penal Code.
Accommodating walk-in applicants will be on a first-come first-serve basis and subject to the availability of testing
materials per Testing Center.
Instructions:
1. Download and print PNPACAT 2024 Walk-in Application Form on an A4 size paper (back-to-back). Fill out all necessary
information (handwritten). Do not forget to paste your 2x2 or passport-size ID picture with a nametag.
2. Let your physician accomplish your BMI Certificate part on the form.
3. Do not forget to attach a clear photocopy of your Birth Certificate (PSA, NSO or LCR).
4. For a member of the Indigenous Group or Community who does not meet the minimum height requirement, bring and submit
your Certificate of Confirmation from NCIP or Certificate of Tribal Membership from NCMF.
5. Proceed to your preferred Testing Center on August 3, 2024, from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm only and look for the established PNPA
Booth. Present your requirements together with your VALID ID and register.
6. Strictly no representative allowed for applicants.
Requirements:
1. Accomplished PNPA CADET ADMISSION TEST WALK-IN APPLICATION FORM (This Form).
2. Birth Certificate (NSO, PSA, and local civil registry will do for this purpose only. 1 Original and 1 Photocopy)
3. 2 pcs 2x2 ID picture with nametag (LN, FN, MN)
4. Valid ID (School, TIN, PhilHealth, Driver's License, Passport, etc.); if you do not have a valid ID, Police Clearance (NPC or Local)
will do.
5. For a member of Indigenous Group or Community who does not meet the minimum height requirement, bring and submit your
Certificate of Confirmation from NCIP or Certificate of Tribal Membership from NCMF.
Qualifications:
1. A natural-born Filipino citizen;
2. Must be 18 to 22 years old (your birthdate must be between May 2, 2002 and May 1, 2007) at the time of admission which is
May 1, 2025;
3. Male or female, must be single with no parental obligation;
4. At least Senior High School graduate upon admission (May 1, 2025);
5. At least 5 ft and 2 inches (157.48cm) for males and 5 ft (152.40cm) for females in height;
6. With weight that corresponds to the applicant’s height, gender, and age (BMI);
7. Physically and mentally fit to undergo the Cadetship Program;
8. With good moral character (no criminal, administrative, or civil derogatory record);
9. Without pending complaint and/or case before any tribunal of whatever nature;
10. Not a former cadet of PNPA, or other similar institutions; and
11. Never been dismissed from any private employment or government position for cause.
