Work Description
Human Resource
• Responsible for assessing current workforce capabilities, demographics and work processes,
and determining future workforce requirements.
• Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources functions which include manpower
planning, recruitment & selections, training & development, payroll, compensation &
benefits, ER and IR.
• Participate in the management meetings and provide sound advice with regard to HR
policies & procedures, staff and workers disciplinary issues, staff development etc.
• Implement and maintain company policy, actively reinforce company values in employee.
• Able to identify the gap between current against future workforce requirements, and
implementing appropriate solutions to bridge the gap. (Manpower planning)
• Do all recruitment process and ensure meet deadline
• Able to use the appropriate selection instruments or methods to assess job applicants’
suitability for the vacant positions or newly created positions
• Responsible in introducing and implementing various activities such communication,
prompt resolution of grievances and etc to ensure the employer-employee relationship is

3) TASCO BHD
Work Description
Ordering of equipment, materials, office supplies, sundries, hygienic accessories, stationery,
-Prepare Staff requisition report every week.
-Keyin OT and salary submit to payroll.
-Need to do report for insurance company, socso if have any accident
-Organize event and arrange meeting related to the core operation of the company (e.g :
Annual Dinner, Year End Party, Budget Review Meeting, Annual General Meeting etc.)
- Arrange hospitality, purchase supplies to ensure the smooth running of the organization on a
day to day and as required basis.
-Order and distribute t-shirts & uniform to all branches.
-Renew roadtax and prepare documentation for ROV renewal.
- Undertake and assist in the recording and processing of invoices, receipts and payments.
-Update extension listing (monthly).
-Update meeting room booking (monthly)
-Checking office and warehouses area for cleanliness and safety.
-Prepare vehicles sticker for all staff and do vehicles registration for new staff.
-Prepare report for direct superior (e.g: report for photocopy machines usage, courier
services, stationeries, t-shirt/uniform,vehicles update status for every each car, van, truck,
prime mover and trailer.
-Liaise/discuss/meeting with vendors if any problem turns up.
