CAREER OBJECTIVE

Seeking to work as HR Manager/Assistant HR Manager to broaden my experience by


engaging with a wide variety of stakeholders to develop systems and processes that prioritize

Work Description

1. Training & Development


- Coordinate and Plan Yearly Training.
- Plan and control departmental and functional training budgets, forecast cost and delegate
numbers.
- Assess relevant training needs for staff, individual and organization, in consultation with
department heads.
- Manage Training Needs Analysis (TNA), design training courses and program to meet
training needs.
- Conduct in house training such as safety and health training, fire drill training, powerpoint
training and etc.
- Deal with training consultant to get quotation and proposal.
- Submission application for the HRD Corp claim.

2. Recruitment.
- Manage and review the entire recruitment exercise.
- Responsible for manpower planning.
- Liaise and coordinate with recruitment agencies.
- Implement and enforce compliance on the HR & Recruitment Policies and Procedures.
- Manage, coordinate and conduct Induction Program.
- Keep track and maintain records on recruitment cost.
- Involve in assessing employee job competency level for selection, placement, relocation,
promotion and development purposes.

3. Employee Relations & Industrial Relations


- Maintain the positive and harmonious relations in the organization.
- Responsible in all staff disciplinary matters and industrial relations matters including
grievances handling, domestic inquires and disciplinary actions, etc.
- As company representative to Industrial Relations Department, Labour Office & Industrial
Court.
- Responsible in organizing and coordinating all employee relatons activities .e Annual
Dinner, Family Day, Birthday Party, Festival celebration etc.

4. Compensation & Benefits


- Responsible in monitoring KPI, annual, periodic and ad-hoc performance appraisal exercise.
- Responsible for the overall development and implementation of compensation plans.
- Involve in matters pertaining to insurance, retirement, salary, yearly bonus and allowances.
- Compile and prepare of annual salary increment spreadsheet including proposal and
recommendation on promotion, upgrading and merit increment.
- Selection and review of panels Doctors. Inspect and review appointed clinics.

5. Wages
- Calculate and prepare wages report.
- Prepare for EPF and SOCSO payment.
- Prepare Manpower wages vs product output report and submit to Top Management.

6. Administration
- Oversee HR-related administrative duties and ensure they are compliant with existing legal
and government reporting requirements
- Ensure the Employee Handbook are constantly updated, developed and put into practice.
- Liaise with Jabatan Tenaga Kerja (JTK) on HR issues that requires legal interpretations
- Update Job description yearly and follow up with all HOD for record purposes.
- In-charge of all submission for business license application or any certificate required.

7. Health, Safety and Environment


- Develop, implement and monitor Health, Safety and Environment Policy, Programs, and
Procedures
- Increase health and safety awareness at all levels within the organization;
- Issue accident report and investigate on all serious/critical personal injury accidents
occurring to staff and other personal (visitor, contractor) and any incident that result in
substantial damage to company property
- Conduct Occupational Health & Safety Committees, prepare minutes of meeting and report
on complaints of hazardous working conditions to the management
- Act as liaison with all related governmental bodies and regulating agencies;

- Develop, review, and update appropriate sections of Emergency Procedures and develop
fire prevention programmed, spillage and building evacuation.
- Prepare for the schedule waste and liaise with the contractor for the collection and form
submission to DOE.
- Deal with DOSH and DOE for all related procedure in Eltete Malaysia including permit
renewal.

8. Miscellaneous
- Work permit renewal for foreign workers.
- Responsible, monitoring and maintaining of SOP.

Human Resource
