love?..............I don't know... never been in love like that, but each time am

man?...........I've always dreamed of going to a tropic island for a couple of
weeks. We would stay in a romantic bungalow. Windows open, there would be lace
curtains blowing in a light breeze along with warmth coming from the sunshine

What is your veiw on God?............I believe in God. I put trust and faith in him
to guide me. I do go to church occasionally. I'm not really good about going on a
regular basis. But I do have faith. I also meditate. For me that is a way for me
to relax and at times God will give me clarity on a situations.

i mean how often do you go to church and what's your view on religion?........ I
was in pentecostal church school for 12 years, fell away for a long while, have

I love being in the great outdoors seeing the natural beauty God has given to us
that others take advantage of. I love snuggling with the ones while watching a
movie. I enjoy meeting others & making a difference in the lives of those around
me. I recently found out that some special people in my life really look up to me &
the feeling of that is AMAZING!

My all time favorite is "City of Angels" it's a movie where a man sacrifices his
life as an angel to experience what it was like to love the woman he was drawn to..
I also love Notebook, Sweet November, Sleepless in Seattle, Grease, Never been
kissed, anything with Reese Witherspoon. I like romantic comedies, action movies,
Romantic, & ones based on a true story like Titanic, & Pearl Harbor. There are
really so many that I like, I can't really name them all.

The months and the years are slipping by and I tell you often enough that I love
you, that my life would not be complete without you anymore. I don't know, though,
if I've really told you how loving you has improved the quality of my life in so
many ways. For one thing, I'm sure I wouldn't have gotten this last promotion
without your encouragement. I knew I had the experience and the know-how, but I
just wasn't bold enough to step forward when the position first became available.
It was your faith in me and in my abilities that actually gave me the nerve to
apply for it. Now that I have it, I use so much more of my education and

I remember when you wanted to make a proposal to your project committee and you
needed to practice on an audience. I learned a lot from hearing your great ideas on
improving efficiency and productivity in an advertising department. I was glad you
thought that trying out your presentation on me helped improve your final draft.
When your proposal was accepted and the changes you suggested became a reality,
your success was as much a boost to my ego as it was to yours.
I wonder if you know how much I look forward to the simple things we share, like
our talk fest over dinner at the end of a long workday. It's a great stress
reliever to tell you all the day's events and listen to you analyze why this
happened, or why that person behaved the way they did, and then speculate together
on how tomorrow will line up. On the weekends, I enjoy relaxing with you and just
watching a movie, critiquing every aspect of the production like professional movie
critics, making judgments on everything from the casting choices to the quality of
the screenplay.

I can't even imagine my life now without all the things we enjoy together--our
passionate lovemaking, luxurious bubble baths, and lazy sleep-ins on Sunday
morning. Through the days and through the nights, thank you for always being there;
I'll always be there for you. I want you to know how much I truly love and

Sample Letter #2

I am so grateful that you are in my life. Your tender caring and gentle ways, your
strength, and your love for life have influenced every part of who I am, even down
to the colors that I like--remember how I used to hate red before you came along?
You've encouraged me to do things that I may never have had the courage to try
without you--things like scuba diving, rock climbing, even sky diving. You've also
helped me to appreciate things that I had always taken slightly for granted to a
greater extent--things like the importance of families and patriotism. You've also
helped me gain an interest in preserving and enjoying the natural beauty around us.

Thank you for your support and for your love. Thank you for being so caring and so
kind. You make me feel like a princess--you treat me like a woman longs to be
treated. Thank you for the flowers on special occasions, for taking me dancing
(even though you claim to have two left feet), for going on long walks with me, for
opening doors for me and pulling out my chair. I know these are little things, and
I know that some of them are things that many women don't appreciate men doing for
them anymore, but they are things that this woman loves. You're so good to me, and
even though I don't express it as often as I would like to or as often as I should,
I want you to know that these simple things are part of the reason why I admire you
so, and they are why I love you more than I ever thought possible.

I've been so happy this last year that we have been together. I would say that I've
always been a positive person and I try to look on the bright side of things, but
being with you has brought me a joy that I have never known before. Life's just
better with you in it, and I know that it always will be so. I hope that I will
always be worthy of your love, and that I can be the kind of person that you
deserve. I know that I'm not perfect, but I will strive to be the best person that
I can be. You're worth it--definitely worth it. I know that we can do great things
together. In fact, I think we can do anything together! I look forward with hope
and excitement to the future we will build together. I can hardly wait!

Do you remember the first time that we discussed a serious relationship? We had
gone to that Italian restaurant for lunch, and then we went for a drive up the
canyon. As we walked along the trail there, you looked at me with so much caring,
and you were so kind and attentive. It was then that I first started to think about
our future, and now I know that there is no one else with whom I want to be. You've
changed my life so completely. What would I ever do without you? I don't even want
to think about it, and I pray that I never have to.

The more I get to know you, the more I want to know, and the more I can't wait for
each new day, just to be with you, just to watch the sun rise in your arms and to
see the smile on your face. Every day I love you more, and every day I realize to a
greater extent how much this relationship means to me, how much you mean to me. You
are everything to me.

Sample Letter #3

Over the last few weeks, I have thought about how deep my love for you really is
and how much it has grown in five years. When we were dating and I first fell in
love with you, I couldn't imagine more love than that. Then came marriage, school,
a child, life--we've shared all the ups and downs, and my love for you has
blossomed from bud to flower. I cannot fathom a life without you. To me, you are
life itself.

You generously overlook my weaknesses and gently urge me to do better. Because I

love you, I want to improve. Without your support, I don't think I would have been
motivated to finish graduate school. The road would have been too long to travel
alone. But, night after night, you were willing to create an atmosphere of study
and even sat with me as I struggled to internalize difficult subjects. Although
only my name is printed on the certificate, in a very real way, my degree is our
degree. In return, I hope I have made your life a little easier, too.

At the end of the day, I can see that you are exhausted, especially after the baby
is finally tucked into bed. I try to do the dishes and clean the kitchen--two jobs
that you loathe. I know that you need a break. This is a little thing, but I want
to help you carry the load. Being a mother and a wife is a 24/7 job--I'm just
trying to make it 23/7.

I know we haven't had much money as we've sacrificed so much for school and trying
to get started in a career. Vacations haven't been possible, but you find little
things to look forward to each day. I enjoy sitting with you at breakfast and
listening to you read the headlines. I love evening strolls in the park. I cherish
our Friday dates--usually pizza and an old movie--when we snuggle on the coach and
remember why we fell in love. You make every day a vacation.

I was recalling the times that have been especially difficult for me. (The list has
been pretty long these past six months.) We've both experienced some
disappointment, but I've never seen you lose faith. I've come to lean on your
example. Your unwavering belief that seasons change and that hard times will
eventually yield to good helps me to keep putting one foot in front of the other.
You're always there for me, even when the entire world seems to be against me. I
give you my pledge that I will always be there for you.

You are the love of my life. I know that that little bud of love that is now in
bloom will become a garden over the years. I love you deeply and completely. You
mean everything to me.

I am forever yours.

Sample Letter #4

I was thinking about you today. I was thinking about how well we fit together, not
just physically, but emotionally and spiritually as well. I feel like we are parts
of a puzzle that fit together perfectly, and we are only whole when we are
together. I thought I was happy before I met you, but now I know what true
happiness is. You have changed my life for the better in so many ways.

I never knew that little things could mean so much. When I start to fall asleep on
the couch, I love the way you cover me with a blanket. You leave me little notes in
the steam on the mirror when you're done with your shower and it's my turn. And
when you know I've had a really hard day, you always suggest we go out to dinner.

I like to do little things for you, too. I don't even think about it; I just want
to do something to make your day better. When you have to work late, I bring you
dinner. Before you leave on a trip, I always put a love note and a little surprise
in your suitcase. And when you really get stressed, I rub your neck and listen as
you tell me all about it.

The past three years have been like a dream. I promise I'll always be there for you
and I know you'll always be there for me. I love you. I hope you know that you mean
the world to me. I don't like to think about what I would do if I ever lost you,
because I know I'd only be half the woman that I am today.
