The Logical Framework (Log Frame) is a tool for objective-oriented planning and managing

development projects. It consists of a matrix with four columns and four or more rows, providing

an overview of a project's goal, activities, and anticipated results. The four rows in the LogFrame

template are Goal, Purpose, Outcomes, and Inputs, and the columns are Objectives, Success

Measures, Verification, and Assumptions.
