BREAKDOWN REPORT EX1900-5 S/N 18E 0130 P/N EX12

07 December 2004 arrived on site evening.


08 December 2004 The customer complained that the EX12 would not start so I carried
out troubleshooting on the electrical system of the EX12 as follows.
Checked the wiring harness from the ECM connector to the governor connector all of the
wires had continuity. The speed sensors were also checked and cleaned. I removed the
governor from unit EX 13 and fitted it to EX12 I then tested the unit and found that all
was in order. A new governor motor was placed on order and supplied.
Parts required for the repair of two travel motors were ordered along with a complete
drive motor.
09 December 2004 traveled from Kansanshi to Ndola.
10 December 2004 traveled to the lonshi mine site in the DRC to check the ZX850 units
working.
