Stay healthy

Paola: Hello, Ivana. What's the matter? You look bad.

Ivana: Hello, Paola I haven't been feeling well lately. I think it's because of my bad habits.

Paola: What kind of bad habits do you have?

Ivana: Well, I don't sleep enough, only about 4 or 5 hours a night. Plus, I eat a lot of junk food

and hardly exercise.

Paola: Oh no! Those habits are not good for you. Why don't you sleep more?

Ivana: I stay up late watching series and playing video games. Then, I have a hard time

getting up early to go to class.

Paola: That sounds exhausting. Sleep is very important. You should try to sleep at least 8

hours each night. Help your body recover. Yes, and you could also swap junk food for

healthier foods like fruits and vegetables. Eating well will give you more energy and you

will feel better.

Ivana: They are right. Sometimes I eat pizza and hamburgers almost every day. I know it's

not good, but it's so easy and fast.

Paola: You could try cooking at home. There are many healthy recipes that are easy to

prepare. You could also bring healthy snacks with you, such as nuts or yogurt. In addition,

exercising regularly is very important. You don't have to go to the gym every day. Even

walking 30 minutes a day can make a big difference.

Ivana: The truth is, I don't exercise at all. I spend most of the day sitting at the computer.

Paola: That's not good! Exercise is not only good for the body, but also for the mind. Helps

reduce stress and improve mood.


Have you thought about doing an activity that you enjoy? You could try swimming, cycling,

or even yoga.

Ivana: I've never tried yoga, but it sounds interesting. Does it really help reduce stress?

Paola: Yes! Yoga is great for relaxing and also improves flexibility and strength. Plus, you

can do it at home if you don't have much time. You have many options to improve your

lifestyle. You just need to find a balance that works for you.

Ivana: They are right. I'm going to try to change my habits. I will sleep more, eat better and
start exercising. Maybe I'll try yoga to relax.

Paola: Excellent! You will see how you feel better soon. And remember, you don't have to
do it all at once. Small changes can have a big impact. Yes, and if you need support, we
are here to help you. Having good habits is key to a healthy and happy life.

lifestyle.
