How to use
Lesson Management System (LMS)
1. Log in to LMS
After login, at the top of the page, you will see the following information;
-[ID]
-[Name]
-[Registration day]
-[Remaining numbers of tickets]
2. Make Reservation
*In case of shortage of tickets, you will see the following message and
cannot make a new reservation. If you see this, please contact to J-OS
support.
Choose from the options in the "Teacher" and "Menu" sections and click
[Next]
* To find a teacher who will meet your preferred schedule, check here
* For corporate users, please choose the length specified by your company.
Choose the starting time from [select] button and click [Next]
STEP 4 --- Double check and write your SKYPE in the [Remarks if any]
section.
If you have any message to your teacher, use [Remarks if any] section.
If you take our lessons as curriculum-based training, please inform your
teacher also about what is the next lesson.
eg: This is my first(2nd, 3rd, 4th,,,,) lesson and my SKYPE is [XXXXX].
Click [Next].
Also you will receive an email with the title of [No.X-X J-OS : Provisional
Reservation].
When the teacher confirms your reservation, you will receive another email
as a final confirmation with the title of [No. X-X J-OS : Next Lesson has
scheduled]
* If the teacher is not available unexpectedly for certain reasons,
they will cancel and you will receive another email with the title of
[No. X-X J-OS : Cancel].
We are sorry, but please make new reservation, then.
(3) How to find a teacher who will meet your preferred schedule
If you would like to find a teacher who will meet your preferred schedule or
to check availability schedule of other teachers, please click
[To check teacher's availability schedule please click here.].
* Please choose a teacher who is available with your schedule and level(textbook).
3. Cancel Reservation
*Notice*
If the cancellation is made before the deadline, the tickets will not be
counted, however, if you fail to cancel before the deadline or miss a
lesson for any reason, you will be charged the equivalent number of
tickets the same as if the lesson was completed as scheduled.
*Notice*
When the cancellation made, you will receive an email with the title of
[No. X-X J-OS : Cancel]. If you don’t receive it, the procedure is not
completed properly, so please check again then.
4. Reservation Record
With [Reservation record] you can check last 60-day reservation history and
reservation status (confirmed or unconfirmed).

We have J-OS E-mail System so that students and teachers can send E-mails
without revealing their E-mail address.
Click [ E-mail system ]
※Please don’t tell your email address to the teachers but use this system.

---> Click [Send].

*How to reply
When you receive an e-mail, you can see 2 links on the top of the e-mail.
If you want to reply to the e-mail, please use the 1st link,
if you want to write a new e-mail, please use the 2nd one.
Do not directly reply to the e-mail address as you will not receive a
response.
