Steps to Activate and Access your PeopleDoc account:

 Step 1 - You would have received a “Get Started” link from [email protected].
 Step 2 - If you are unable to find the “Get Started” link email in your Inbox or Spam folder, Click Here - Link
 Step 3 - Click on the link and set up your password to activate your account.
 Step 4 – After clicking on the link, follow the instructions provided below and click on “Trouble logging in?”

 Step 5 - Select ‘Request Activation Link’

 Step 6 - Provide your personal e-mail ID (provided to your recruiter) and click submit to receive an activation
link from PeopleDoc.

 Step 7 - Click on the “Request for reactivation” link and create your own password.
 Step 8 - Once created, login to PeopleDoc to activate your account.
 Step 9: Once logged in, complete the following:
 Task 1 - Acknowledgement to Data Privacy Declaration
 Task 2 - Personal Information and Declaration
Note: Task 2 will be activated only if the Task 1 is completed

 Details to remember while filling up Acknowledgement of Declaration.

1. Download the templates attached on the portal of Employment BGV Consent & Data Privacy Declaration. As
shown below:

2. Print both the forms. Mention your full name, Date (dd/mm/yyyy) & and hand sign on both the forms.
Scan both the forms and re-upload on their respective pages on the portal.
Read all the other declarations, rules & other details and provide your acknowledgement.

Task 2
Section A – Personal Information & Other Declarations

 Details to remember while filling up Personal Information & Declaration

1. Date of Birth – To be updated as per the ID proof (PAN Card)


2. PAN Number – To be updated as provided in the PAN Card
3. Former / Maiden Name declared by the candidate - If you have Former Name and the column is left blank in
portal, notify the Onboarding team and send an Email with correct spelling of your Former Name with Gazette
and available documents to [email protected]
4. Passport Number, Issue Date, Expiry Date – To be updated as per the details in Passport (if available)

Do not update if the Passport is expired. (Refer screenshot below)

a. Does the candidate have a Passport? – Mention “Yes” if you have the passport or “No” if you do not have one.
b. Mention passport number, issue & expiry date – as per the document.
c. Passport Copy – Please make sure the document should have Front & Back Copy, merged. (where address is
mentioned)

5. Alternate Government ID proof - Do not upload Aadhaar Card.(Driving licence, Voters ID card can be uploaded)
6. Candidate Photo - Only Candidate photo to be uploaded

Note: Do not upload AADHAAR Card in any section

Address Details

In this category, we require 10 years of address details, the locations you have travelled or stayed.

Note: End date of Permanent Address/Correspondence Address to be the current date or future date.
Please include the all addresses (within and outside India) in the last 10 years (Eg. While Studying, While working,
etc) Please ensure, while providing the address details do not mention any special characters (like ~ ` ! @ # $ % ^ &
* ( ) [ ] { } - _ + = | \ / : ; " ' < > ? è é ê ë à á ù ú û üetc.)

a. Do you have a permanent residential address? – Select Yes or No. Provide the permanent address if selected
as Yes. Attach address proof for the same.
b. Mention all information as requested in the category. Location, Address line 1,2, & 3, City, State & Zip/Pin

c. Over here the start date should be as per the tenure, but the end date should be the current date or future
date (for eg. 02/01/2013 – current date or 28 Apr 2024).Ensure to attach any 1 (one) out of Rent Agreement,
Broadband/WIFI Bill, Electricity Bill (recent month), or Gas Bill. (Address proof should be either under your name,
your parents name or your spouse name if married)
d. Moreover, the address details updated should be identical to the document provided for address proof.

correspondence/ current address if selected as Yes. Attach address proof for the same

b. Number of addresses to declare – Declare the addresses you have stayed in the last 10 years apart from
those mentioned in permanent and correspondence address including Overseas addresses.

Note: Ensure to provide the address details for last 10 years without any gap (in dates).

Contact Details

1. International Dialing Code – Update the country code


2. Mobile – Area Code – Update the area code only if applicable
3. Mobile – Telephone – Update the 10 digit mobile number
4. Residential International Dialing Code – Update the country code
5. Residential – Area Code – Update the area code
6. Residential – Telephone – Update the telephone number
7. Personal Email – (This is a mandatory field and already reflects with ID provided to your recruiter)

Emergency Contact Information

Mention the correct details as per the required fields,

1. Contact Name: Update the name of the emergency contact person. (Not employee's number)
2. Relationship: Select the Relationship
3. Mobile International Dialing Code – Update the country code
4. Mobile – Area Code – Update the area code only (if applicable)
5. Mobile – Telephone – Update the 10 digit mobile number. (Not employee's number)

US Person Declaration

To be selected as 'I am' only if the candidate is a US person. Otherwise, 'I am not' to be selected
 Select ‘I Am Not’ or Select as ‘I Am’. As shown below:

Section B - Dependent Information

Provide Spouse details if you have updated your Marital Status as married.
 Other Dependent Information:

a. Select the number of dependents you want to declare from the drop down and provide the details.
b. Mention the correct Relationship details.
c. Mention Last name as “Surname” and Given name as “First name” (Middle name if applicable). (For eg. In the
below screenshot mentioned, Satish as Given name and Shinde as Last name or Satish Kishor as Given name
and Shinde as Last name, where Kishor is the middle name)
d. Mention correct Gender & DOB in the required fields for mediclaim purpose records.

Note:

 Select ‘I do not wish to include any other dependents towards Medical Insurance Enrollment’ only if you do not
wish to declare any other dependents. You can only declare Parents and upto 2 children in other dependent section.

 Premium amount is borne by BNP Paribas for including Self, Spouse, Parents and 2 children.

 Only the dependents declared in this section will be considered for enrolling in Medical Insurance Policy. You will
not be able to include any dependents in the middle of the year, unless there is a life-changing event such as
Marriage, Child Birth, etc.

Given Name and Surname : Same name should not be repeated

Section C - Education Qualifications Details:


a. Highest Education Qualification – Select from drop down for selecting highest qualification.
b. Number of Education Qualifications you have. – Select the number of education qualifications. (Graduation and
above)

i. Diploma/Degree – In this category the degree name should match with the degree/provisional certificate
(for eg. Bachelors of Engineering, Bachelors of Commerce etc)
ii. Start & End date – Mention your education start date and final examination held date. (For eg. from 2010
and in degree certificate mention examination held date as 2014, accordingly start and end date to be
mentioned)
iii. Major & University details – In Major category the stream name has to be mentioned (for eg. Electric &
electronical Engineering) and in University/institution category mention correct name of the university as
per the degree/provisional certificate)
iv. Country of study, Pursuing & Document attached – This category has to be updated as per the country of
education where the Degree is completed, currently pursuing comes under, if you are currently studying.
Once the education is completed make sure the degree/provisional certificates needs to be uploaded. (For
Bangalore University, mark sheets + Degree/Provisional Certificate to be uploaded)

Note: Ensure the documents uploaded in this category should be clear without any borders cut of the certificates

License and Professional Membership

Include professional bodies, trade association, securities exchanges wherever applicable

How many Professional License/Membership do you have? : Update the details accordingly.

Section D - Prior Work Experience

UAN Number – If Provident Fund amount is deducted from the Salary, it is mandatory to provide the UAN Number. You
would find the UAN Number on the salary slips or PF account.

If Prior Work Experience is “Yes”, mention all previous work experience along with the supporting documents.

a. Number of Prior Work Experience – Mention the number of prior work experience, organizations including the
current organization.

b. Employer name & current employment – Employer name is been considered as Organizational name like TCS,
Bank of America etc. Current employment is considered as are you currently working or not.
(Company Name as per the Service Certificate – Payroll Company name only).
c. Start & End date – The dates mentioned in Service/Experience Letter having the DOJ & LWD to be mentioned in
the start and end date. Ensure the dates are identical to the document. If you are updating the dates for
current organization, mention the tentative end dates (LWD) as per your notice period.
d. Country of Work & Job title – Mention any overseas/outshores employment country name in this category. Job
title is been considered as designation mentioned in the Service/Experience letter while exiting the
organization. Ensure the designation should be identical to the letter provided by the previous organization.
e. Employment Certificate & Documents – Ensure the certificate is mentioned as “YES”. Copy of document should
have the service/experience/relieving letter, which has DOJ, LWD & designation mentioned to be uploaded.
The document uploaded should not be password protected, it should be uploaded as PDF/JPEG format.

Note: Ensure to provide the details of all prior work experiences as mentioned in CV and attach supporting
documents for the same.

Bank Account Information.


If you do not have bank account opened from BNP mention as “NO”.

In addition, if you have ICICI/HDFC/Axis Bank account already, provide the cancelled cheque mentioned self-name in
the cheque book.

If above mentioned bank account is not a salary account you can mention “YES” to convert the savings account to
salary account.
